Bhaiya mere right soulder me pain hota he thoda thoda jab koi bhi shoulder involving movement karta hu khaskar chest ki exercises me, or mere front shoulder muscle jayda grow he back ke compare me kya karu
That's because of overweight. Ur forcing your shoulder to push more weight. And one thing, it happens if ur doing the workout in worng way.
