BHAi directly bol ki intensity kya hona chahiye. eisa kyu K pehla 2 set warm-ups and preparation keliye, last two set failure tak, why like this? why don't take every set to 90% of failure, why waste time by doing 16 set with hardly 8 set of high level intensity, why don't take all sets to top effort? wahi Kaam jo 16 set m nehi hota wo 8 hard set me hosakta h to tine waste kyu?? ye sala fake steroid user faltu trainer h. training ka har set full effort ka naho to excercise keise hoga??? druggie bodybuilder yatinder
