I believe barbers who promote things like this to their clients will have a lot of happy and grateful customers who will come to them when this is all over.

Thank you so much for your videos: after moving cities I have gone to 6 different barbers, and all of them got my hair looking quite bad for a few years...
So I decided to try following a few youtube tutorials to cut my own hair, and your videos have been very enlightening as to why "just cut it this length at this spot" just doesn't work great
I know you advise not to cut your own hair, but in my case I feel like the barber alternative isn't much better 😅
But yeah, thanks again, and if you have any videos on techniques/tools that make tapering or locking down a specific length easier, that would be a huge help (maybe not just for self haircuts, but also for cutting hair quicker and with less effort, too)
Either way, thanks for your high quality edits and explanations with visual examples :)

this is awesome, even for a barber that never cut his own hair, as we have easy access to other barbers
thank you for another great video!

Thank you! I think a lot of us are so good at doing full blown perfect clean cuts that it can be refreshing to review how to just do a super light trim like this. I mean a full blown fade at home would be nice but that’s some high risk to try to do yourself! This is low risk low reward

If you're a barber, send this to your clients while waiting for COVID to pass.
    Thank you, Andrew!

I used a #8 on top, and #6 on the sides and back. Anything I missed, I used my small trimmer on and touched things up as well as I could. The end result will get me by until my next barber visit.

Man, I JUST buzzed my head because my hair was driving me crazy. I wear a hat all day at work so it's ok... For now 😒

Feels nice and care free though, doesn’t it?? I buzz off my hair about once a year, and I love it for a minute, then I get over it, then I miss it after about a year 😂

Trying to grow my hair & try to walk around like Christian Bale in American Psycho. But with my thin hair, not so sure.

Andrew, how about where your beard meets your sideburns, how do you blend that?

Do you have any advice for those doing a self buzzcut with one blade all over ? Would you still go straight up and not INWARDS at the top when you cut the sides and would you treat the top differently than the sides ? I want to do a high and tight on myself with only one guard. Thanks
