If you've already checked for air leeks, I would pull the spark plug caps off and cut the wires back 1/4 of an inch to expose fresh, un corroded coil wire. Also I would check the compression.. it seems to me that's turning over awfully easily for an 800 triple.. Obviously one cylinder.

Storm's use pressurized float bowls so you need the air box assembly on with vent lines plugged in or it will run about 4 to 5 jet sizes to rich.

I recommend you using some redline 2 stroke oil in those.,or known as 2 cycle oil. Watch the power it unleashes afterwards to.

Pro tip check ring gap on these storm motors you will thank me later. Ive rebuilt alot of these.

Make sure the coils have a good ground, there’s only a power wire then the coils ground through the body. Also make sure to not mix up the jetting as their all different across the board. Otherwise great machines
