  • This unique old house was built in the late 1800’s, between 1875-1880. I couldn’t find out much history on it unfortunately other than it was built as a town house for a moderately well off farmer/carpenter. In its later years it would become a rental property and eventually ended up vacant in need of maintenance and repairs in the early 2000’s. Neat old house glad I could document it. Thanks for watching. Like and leave a comment if you enjoyed. Thank you.

Beautiful old house. Love the main fireplace with red brick and white frame downstairs -- but all the fireplaces are charming. The woodwork is stunning, still. Oh, how I wish I was able to restore this Victorian gem to its glory days. Ah, but thank you for giving us a glimpse of what remains. Always such a bittersweet melancholy feeling ...after viewing all these places of yesterday. Reminds us to savor and cherish what we have today. 🌹

It's a shame that no relatives didn't do nothing on cleaning these homes out and just to let them rot with no interest on repairing these, in which they probably could of been on the national historic list. But due to the cost, they think it wouldn't be worth it. I seen worse homes on This old house were they went in and totally remolded which probably cost over a million dollars. Someone needs to restore these before it's to late.
