I felt that 30's anxiety a lot too, but with a couple of years in I don't see much of a difference. If you stay fit and keep pushing on your career and dreams it isn't too different from 20s. The catch is that you feel more pressure to settle down and more carefully tailor your job skills because time is more precious. On average, people tend to be happiest in their late 20s and early 30s.

I love that Idol Insider video idea! Another idea that is kinda similar could be whether the company cares about group chemistry when assembling a group or manufactures group chemistry or if it just grows due to the shared trauma of being in a group together.
I definitely feel your stress about getting older. I'm also gonna be 28 soon and it's becoming very real to me that I'm almost 30 and for some reason that feels very scary.
Also, that wedding invitation with the baby photos is so cute! I love that!

Everyone makes a big deal about age, but it really isn't anything more than a marker of how long you have been in the world. If you look back on your life at this point, think about all of your achievements and failures, how does it make you feel?
You should be proud of all of your achievements. No matter when you achieved your goals, you did it. You. Perhaps you had help, maybe you didn't. But you stuck with those goals and got them done.
As fair as failures go, yes those happen. Looking back on some, you can think "what was i thinking?! That was a crazy idea!" and others you can try again if you wanted with new experience and people to help you.
Milestones take place at different times in people's lives. I hope you are happy and proud of who you are today and the direction you are going, it's never too late to change directions if you're not.
In the relatively short time i have known you via radio and CZcams, i would like to say that you're an amazing woman and I'm proud to support you. You deserve love and support, you know that.
Life is full of ups and downs, like the rolling of an ocean. You're the captain of your ship, but you're never alone. No matter how dark and bleak the horizon may look, you got this. Climbing out of your mind is incredibly difficult, but you manage to do it every time.

Some questions I have for your consideration for the next idol insider(s).
1) With all those apps where idols are able to send exclusive messages to fans (Weverse, Universe, Bubble etc...) are the idols really the ones who talk to fans as well as post photos/stuff in general on the app or are those fully and/or partially controlled by their managers as well?
2) The idol's personalities that everyone sees when the cameras are ON, what percentage is their real selves and what percentage is the PERSONA set by the company?
3) Idol groups whose contracts are expiring in 2023, what are your thoughts on which groups companies will actually wish to keep (not counting whether the idols want to re-contract or not)?
*This isn't really an insider thing but more of a topic for discussion*
4) NEW and/or common idol dating spots and methods of how they date. 2022 update.
5) Idols who are actually dating but lies to the public they're single or still maintain an image that they're still single. I mean c'mon, not everyone's naive to think their favorites are ALWAYS single!
6) LGBT idols, everyone knows that there are a big enough percentage of male LGBT idols but what about female LGBT idols? Has the number of female LGBT idols increased over the past 2 years? What's the percentage of current LGBT female idols vs LGBT male idols now in 2022? *Not naming any names of course, to protect them*

What caught my attention was you standing up for yourself by holding the company accountable for their actions and asking for legal help. Those two years must of supplied you with vast amounts of knowledge to help others interested in navigating a world of unreality.

I did talk about teeth but not stretch marks! They do use laser for some stretch marks
I think it’s therapeutic to stare at the images placed on the wall behind Soobeanie, which would cause me to reflect upon never winning the spelling bee when I was in elementary school, but of course I should look for better horizons in the infinity-of-the-future
