These techniques apply to most 4 or 6 cylinder International diesel tractors.

Thanks for this, Ms. Rachel. I'm so HAPPY to see a woman doing this kind of work! I have a 1070 Case tractor (white model) and need so much help with it. I'm going to try some of the tune-up/repair lessons you've taught. I'm a teacher, too, and value your techniques.
Really enjoyed this. Would love to see more repair videos on the IH 66/86 tractors.

The farms I grew up around either had a 1066 or a 4020. Glorious old machines.
Rachel, you are an amazing and very knowledgeable lady. You make me want to restore a tractor!
You almost need a ladder for this job. BTW I like the clutch set for an 8N I got from y'all. Very good service.

I thoroughly enjoy your videos. Thank you so much for sharing.
Well done. You are an awesome tractor mechanic, and a great teacher. Regarding the injectors; could they simply be cleaned, or it best to just replace them?
Excellent instruction!
Dam good video and a dam good teacher for the do it yourself farmer and hobby farmer
Yes I watch a lot of your video's I don't know how you know as much about tractors but your great I got a question many you can help have a 1948 John Deer B The plunger that you step on to make it start won't do anything can you do a video that shows how to adjust the plunger on the bottom where it hits the starter to make it start Thanks Ronnie
this is my love from first sight
I never heard it called a line wrench, I always heard Flare nut wrench used on the injector tube fittings.
can diesel injectors on older tractor engines be substituted in engines likje the Perkins 3-152 or the old 3-144 engine
I have a Massy 35 diesel tractor.
When bushhogging thru thick brush bushhog will quit turning without bogging tractor down. Lifting bushhog uo it will start turning again.
Is this normal?
Miss Rachael, why don;t you wear vinyl or Latex Gloves to protect your hands??
Yeah I have a 766 that’s making it’s own engine oil, so I’ve pulled the injectors out to do a thorough clean but I’ve noticed the 2 rear injector cups (under the tank) are rough and the top seal is messed up, thoughts??
Great video.
My injector has a exhaust leak around it does bass sleeve stop it from leaking.
Looking for help 886 D358 leaking on hydraulic fluid in clutch compartment dealer said it's bent TA shaft have you ever seen this
aint no one put a ring on your finger, wow such a doll, your parents must be proud
Thanks for another great tutorial. I share your Ford repair videos on the Fords and Fordson Facebook group whenever you have the potential answer to a member's question. Do you ship Internationally, as there is a large membership in England-Ireland-Scotland as well as Australia?
I am in love
speaking of rats nest up under your cowl, harvest is going to be done soon. any good tips for wintering and keeping mice and rats out of the cab and off the wiring? other than bounce sheets which they seem to make nests out of? thanks for the great vids.
Hi Rachel, your videos are great. Do you have anything on timing a 4366 injector pump?
I just bought a 434 international diesel tractor and its putting out black smoke when I accelerate. My guess is that it's bad injectors or a dirty air filter.
Hey can you help me please. I have a kubota l4600 v2203 engine and 1 of the 4 cylinders on the injection pump is not putting out any fuel. Do I need to replace my pump? Or rebuild pump? Or can that one plunger be replaced?
Had a tractor just like that, even without the doors
Hello! How are you !
well I like what you do you are a genius A and you used gloves very well you have to take care of your hands I send you greetings and a kiss Ariel from T.M.P
Hey, I have a 601 Workmaster that is blowing blue smoke out of the exhaust....what causes that?
Hi Hun! Another excellent presentation, but I thought it was a bit of a slip to handle the filter removal w/o gloves, especially when the next shot had you gloved. Small thing, but diesel fuel is really a nasty product to get on your skin. I trust you cranked up a lot of strong detergent to purge the stinky off your hands.
nice work
I'm from Philippines.
What is the required pressure of that injector? Because nozzle tips are so expensive so i've decided to recondition my injector.
Im a deere guy. Why on earth do you drain the coolant first in order to replace fuel injectors?
Good job 👍🇮🇳🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜👌
This is so cool!
Cool
What about injectors for 3 cylinder IH 244 (Mitsubishi) tractors? Do you have those?
Great video. But I have a question. Can you use those injectors for a early model 1086 (DT414) engine? Thanks and keep up with the good work.
What kind of slide hammer is that you used?
Does this tractor have air conditioners and does it still work ?
oh no don't call it a gas tank Rachel it is a diesel tank or fuel tank believe me there are idiots that will make that mistake putting gas in a diesel guaranteed I have seen it happen lol :)
But kudos good work Rachel you are graduating to really tractors now lol :)
A great vid would be fixing sloppy shifter on 66 series
What is the tool number of the slide hammer puller for injector?
What’s a good fuel cleaner for a tractor 🚜.? 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
A woman that smells like diesel....my heart be still!
Good luk rachel 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆
veery nice
You're a super cute and intelligent girl. But two pointers: I don't know if you smoke but get crest whitestrips, you have smokers teeth, also gasoline and oil from gasoline engines is carcinogenic due to BTEX, you might want to consider long gloves. No one will think you're any less badass.
Nice job but the pink protective glasses are a bit of a giveaway!
You are drop dead gorgeous, I'm not even trying to be weird. Like I'm just being serious
Agreed
Awesome another great video!! I love these!!
I love your videos but please wear gloves! The oils and diesel fuel can cause serious skin problems!
On rats and mice, drive tractor onto piece of plastic sheeting on the floor.only thing that really does keep them out.
Good good
Lovely lovely Rachel awww
Do you farm or bale hay
You don’t have to replace the rubber fuel line? 🚜🚜🚜🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
that was DT-361 former 806 & some 856 good old faithful tractor and motor now only bad thing with the 66 series was the clutch and input shaft which runs you hydraulics this includes your brakes and steering guaranteed you will want to change those out at times I know from experience of my brother's and my cousin tractors 4166 & 1466 both use a DT 436 it the big guy 4568 that use's the famous IH DT466 engine lol no I'm not really a IH guy I'm for equipment Cockshutt Oliver Whites Agco or JD diesel power is the old school screamin Jimmy Diesel lol or Cat heavy earth movers is Terex and Cat's lol semi trucks is PB or KW , then old school GMC's :)
Why must the coolant be drained? Do the injectors pass thru a water jacket? Can't say enough good things about your videos but "ditto" to all the comments posted here.
Why does Dan only get 2-3,000 views and Rachel gets 25,000-80,000 views?
You had them on later on testing the Injectors but not removing them,,,
How is it that an 18 year old knows so much about tractor repair?
👍
I India 🇮🇳
Arreglate un massey ferguson 265 el levante hidraulico
Rachel is so beautiful that I forget that I don't even own a tractor.
gas tank? fuel tank
As a diesel mechanic this video is full of incompetence. Always loosen the lines before removing the hold down bolts! If the injector tube pops out you replace it, not pound it back in! Always replace the tapered rubber seal at the top of the injector and coat the injector body with anti-sieze so it can easily be removed in the future. The fire ring is part of the head gasket, what you are referring to is a copper sealing washer and it need to be installed on the injector held in place with a drop of anti-sieze. Some manufacturers use different thickness sealing washers on different applications . Dont just drop it down the injector tube and always make sure the old sealing washer is removed first so you you don't end up with stacked washers. Always replace the rubber return lines( they have a tendency to leak)! Always write dates/hours on new filters for future reference. That tractor won't start that easy after replacing injectors!!!!! You would first have bleed several of the injector lines by leaving them loose while attempting to start it. Misleading video as are most in this series.
Also I could not see very much of the Injector work…
what next jet engines, girl? that a 466 cid also in trucks girl?
My kind of lady wish she was mine
