Watch a full tutorial as a 2013 Cadillac SRX will have an OE style touch screen replacement installed. The factory radio experienced the common separation / cracking of the screen, unresponsiveness, or erratic movements. The internal gel layer has dried and separated causing this issue, commonly found in these CUE radios from GM radios.
This is not a step-by-step tutorial, rather it's a quick time lapse of our install.

Hello.. I repair this stereos.. I live in Springdale Arkansas. Time to change the screen is 2 1/2 hours or 3.. depends Cadillac car
My 2012 SRX doesn't have the CUE screen. I didn't think the CUE's were available until 2013.
Did you have to do a cue reset by opening the secret compartment and opening the door for 60 seconds in order to get the touchscreen to work

Will this fit for a 2011 Cadillac?
A lot of Cadillacs were made in 2011, you will have to reach out to Cue screens (info in description of video) to know if they have a solution for your vehicle.
How much would that run me $ to have it replaced? tax title and license? Does it have to be a dealership ? Appreciate your help.
The cost of the screen we linked in the description. As for labor to install it, check with your local audio shops. Dealers won't replace the screen, the will instead want to replace the entire radio.
I have CTS 2014, I bought 2 screens already. The first is on amazon for $32 and the second on ebay for $26. None of them work. I already did a hard reset of CUE and nothing works. I think it's Chinese crap. So far I'm using the old screen, it's flaking inside, at least it works.

The seller wrote to me that I have a screen model of 2018. I don't know if this can happen on a 2014 car. I have repaired my screen. Dismantled it and removed the gel from it.
