I had to quit flying because of medical reasons, but my husband is still flying so I'm always close with this topic :P actually I'm thinking about taking a job in a charter company as a flight attendant again, as my health improved and their schedule is like half of what I used to fly before so I think it could work out for me

Hey :) I don't know really, I never had fear of flying but I know that many people take some medication.. It's helping them to relax I guess.. Maybe wearing noise cancelling headphones would reduce your stress a bit, make yourself comfortable, take a blanket, try to watch some movie you like to stop thinking about being in a plane.. Use comfortable clothes. And take medicine to sleep. I've did it. But I don't need medicine to sleep. I just do it. The time pass faster when you are sleeping.
