I loved seeing you with your friends, so happy 🤡 I'm from the north east U.S., specifically New Hampshire which is in New England. We have a saying here; "If you don't like the weather, just wait a minute". Three seasons in 8 hours is our specialty. The bag you put toothpaste, soap, deodorant etc in is called a toiletry case here but we also have a nickname for it, "ditty bag". I'm a nurse so I'm good with moist 😂
I think I mentioned to you my love of walking and train POV videos but if not I'M SO JEALOUS! How cool you can go and just get on a train and go somewhere. I live in Las Vegas, there are no more passenger trains 😩 oh to live the life!
This made me so happy 😊 My best friend I haven't seen in a year and a half is coming to visit this weekend, and this just made me even more excited for it 🥰🥰 I hope you guys had a fabulous time ❤

When I graduated high school, I started cosmetology school immediately. I didn't drive yet,so I took the train. I found the sound of the train in motion to be so rhythmic and relaxing. Great way to start and end my day! You brought back such good memories! 💛

They say the same thing about where I am from (Michigan, U.S.A.). We are also well known to have all 4 seasons in 1 day. 😄 The surrounding lakes make our weather so crazy. Lol

In New England, US, we are known for having all 4 seasons in one day. I have started the day in a parka, ending in shorts by night. This summer we rae getting daily rain or thunderstorms this year, which is not the usual for us.

We get ‘every season in one day’ here in Newfoundland Canada too. On the 10th of July it was so cold I wore fleece socks. The next day it was 20 degrees and shorts and tee shirt weather. Lol.

I had an attack of the giggles so bad watching you talk about moist. Reminded me of a Hawaiian themed summer party my good friend threw a few years ago. I live in a super humid climate too and I know the exact feeling you are talking about. I also struggle mightily in the humidity to get my hair to not poof up like a giant black frizz puff. My friend had made cupcakes with little pipettes full of rum stuck in them so that you could make your own strength of rum cake more or less as you wanted. We got pretty tipsy and started complaining about the heat. The word moist came up. We all discussed what a gross word it was and how it perfectly described how gross we felt when another good friend of mine started shouting vag*** right after anyone said the word moist. We were all laughing until we were crying. I still hear my friend shouting vag*** every single time I hear the word moist and start laughing.

It's so interesting that you also use the word necessaire in Sweden. In Uruguay where I'm originally from we also use the same word, not sure if it's used by every Spanish speaking country though. I was trying to think what you call it in English and all I could think of was a toiletries bag. Also, Swedish summer may be weird but so is English summer. Last week there were several days when it rained, then it was sunny, then windy, and the temperature changed about 10 times!
It's necessity or necessities here in America.

Awwww, what a lovely vlog! Our restrictions are different in Canada so a hotel trip with friends isn't possible yet... so I enjoyed living vicariously! Also, I've got a similar body shape to Maggie and now I want to copy her outfit!

My mums family is from the Gothenburg area and we usually go most years and always to Liseberg but due to the panini I haven’t been for two years and watching this made me so happy and sad at the same time!! (Please don’t call the train ride a kiddie ride, it’s my fave ride and still scares me 😂)

Me: toiletries in 3 separate bags; bathroom, makeup and bedside table. I put my deodorant, moisturiser and lipbalm on sitting in bed and read for a bit before sleep. Also have my medications and tissues in easy reach.

I sympathize with Swedish weather! I live in a part of the coastal US where it's basically summer for six months (or six years depending on who you ask hehe). I'm talking 100% humidity, sweat in places you didn't realize sweated and a greater appreciation for the person who invented air conditioning! Thank the Lord for the ocean breeze! #justsaynotoboobsweat

Uh, seeing all those swirling, twirling machines made me nauseous - or it's the drinks of last night, who knows - but daym that amusement park looks nice! Haven't been in one for decades now, maybe I should vi- NO! No, no, absolutely not, not the nausea and the headaches, but yes to the churros! They looked so delicious, with or without the Nutella. Hopefully the spa experience was fantastic!
