Recorded on Wednesday, April 13th, 2022. This is a video of Pleasant Grove's Thunderbolt 1000T running manual tests. This siren is a 3 phase model (1000AT). This siren's chopper terminal level is on 7, but is running on 208V. GSPiedmont425 and I manually activated this siren with permission from the VFD. The RCM1 is wired wrong so we can't run it on a siren timer and messed up the switches on the RCM1 as well. So, we manually set off this siren. After running this siren, the fire chief called his volunteer firefighter at the VFD to say to us "that's enough with the siren" because the neighbors were getting confused about this siren going off for a while and the some of the neighbors called the fire chief. The VFD prefers us doing a siren set off on a weekend when the fire chief is at the VFD. This siren may have been originally from Durham, NC's old Civil Defense siren system. This siren was used for fire calls. This siren is not active but still hooked up to power. This siren's blower is actually a 5M, not a 6M.
