Hi Joel - great video thank you. I am still rebuilding red Victa 2 stroke with Key start which I showed you the picture the other day. I just finished rebuilding G4 carburettor today with the kit and metal needle. There are quite a few issues with mower because of left out in the weather for nearly 10 years. But I still hope to fix it

When u install the ignition kill switch what position should the throttle be in , stop start or run ? Note i cant push the first wire in the hole something seem to be blocking it. Also how deep is it supposed to be inserted? Is there a diagram on how this supposed to work? Would be handy. Thank you
I will make video on this one how the kill switch works, mounting and its position. I also have other fellow who was asking me to explain how this carburetor works and how the priming works and how springs affects the revs.

Hi Robert, Good question! There's no much information about poppet valve position on the web. What I understood is "A" will restrict the amount of injected fuel to air mixture during iddle but I will upload a video on the next couple of weeks to do some experiments to change the position of the poppet valve and observe how does it affect the engine revs. To do that is I have to build a monitoring device to measure the engine RPM. I will also do a separate experiments to change the return spring or long spring and measuring its grams per cm or spring compression and how it affects the RPM. Set it to a full run position.
