- join us as we sample the FREE delights of SCOTLAND in our motorhome. We are travelling Scotland in search of things to do that aren't the NC500.
This time we leave Elgin and head for SKYE before we get the ferry to the OUTER HEBRIDES
We are Corrin and Paul and with our two dogs (Pippa and Dolly) we have travelled to 23 countries in Europe

As you are now in the most beautiful islands with the most amazing beaches for the girls to run head to Lewis go east up the coast all the way to ness so many beaches you won’t even know are there then down the west stop at wobbly dog with the girls over to europie beach down the coast visit dalmore dalbeg then round and out to uig sands reef cliff all amazing beaches then bosta the community cafes are lovely then you have the obvious tourist places hope the weather holds love watching you guys lovely pet shop in Stornaway these are just a few musts Harris yes luskentyre but hard to park but plenty of other beauty’s nearby down load the Lewis and Harris trail new last year brilliant app ❤

When we lived in the UK Scotland was our favourite place although the weather spoilt it at times. We went up to the Shetlands once. That was quite a place. These days the high Pyrenees passes and ski resorts are more our cup of tea, due to the warmer climes. But, all of these sorts of areas are just stunning. It's the wildest of it all. Enjoy the Isles. tried to stay on that exact parkup as you on skye last month , then realised absolutely no phone signal at all and i hadn’t taken the Starlink…such a shame

Port Gordon was my home town for 30 year nice place and same goes to filling towns and villages speybay findochty portnockie Cullen Portsoy pennan Crovie. Etc
It certainly was a lovely place and full of lovely people, the community garden was amazing , what a great place 💖🏴

I'm sorta gettin into this Campervan way of life in Scotland... well preparing for it. Part of my prep, is watching videos like yours, and I must say Reds go Travels is one of the better channels i've found for all things Scotland!!
One question beggin for an answer is, "where does the channel name come from?" You're obviously not north American natives, and it does not look or sound as it you're Liverpool FC fans, neither the van nor yourselves are covered in Red fabric, and neither is the the Van, a red one? I would be interested to find out where the name Red is from, just to be able to put it into my Trivia box of unuseful facts. (i'm a very inquisitive guy)
Well, I like what you are doin, and that you use "what 3 words" and especially the fantastic filming and editing of all that Free scenery. Not to mention the effort and time consuming task of finding the right music to enhance those wonderful scenes.

Brilliant video, looks absolutely stunning! So pleased you sorted your boiler. Hubby just advises that as you now have a manual frost tap, ensure it's open when going up in the mountains as it could be a possibility of freezing. Anyway, enjoy your time on Harris and Lewis. For the worst , it's to be rainy but not to heavy, we have a 1 day old litter of pups at the moment so we are grounded, for the time being anyway, keep posting vids guys we love Scotland and all it has to offer, you must try Stornoway black pudding it's absolutely awesome, the islands are on our todo list so watching yous gives us some awesome ideas and thanks for the what3words using that app saves loads of time trying to find somewhere to park, stay Safe and take care. Can I ask is there a difference in the sailing time and price if you get the ferry from Ullapool, instead of skye ?

I thought you were using the Carpuride, did you swap it out because of data signal
