@@miamidawggg4239 Perhaps not... But I have worked beside women who argued for equal pay to me for doing less of a job. In a warehouse. I was doing entirely heavy manual labour, lifting boxes of over 20Kg over head height for around 5 hours of my 8 hour shift every day and driving forklifts and loading wagons for the remainder. Did those women want to do my job? Of course not. They wanted the same pay for standing or sitting at a desk and packing products into bags for online sales.
Sorry but if those women actually wanted to do the same job, they'd have been paid the same money as me and a few other guys. That's not fighting for equality or equal pay, that's fighting for favouritism towards women and equal pay for less work.
Sad reality is, many women out there argue this and say they should still get paid the same because they work in the same industry...
