I'm looking back on this now and y'all are so great.
My thoughts is Ratchet, Horizon, RE8, Spidey, and Demon Souls are all existing IPs that I'm excited about. Then there's new IPs are the intriguing the hell out of me like DeathLoop, Project Athia, Returnal, Bugsnax!, Kena, Stray and maybe even Little Devil's Inside.
This was a great conference and has something for everyone and the surprise console Reveal at the end was super hype.
I think the console is a sexy curvy thick futuristic girl, although I prefer all black everything.
Britt, I want to see gameplay on Re8 because that would help determine how action vs horror it is.
This reaction vid just got me to subscribe, how have I not seen you guys before?! KEEP IT UP!

Resident Evil VII sold really well and I'm not sure why some people feel that this direction is too far for RE when it's been all over the place for like 15 years. Werewolves are nothing when we've had dinosaurs.

Britt's reaction to RE8 is going on the highlight reel for next year's anniversary stream.
So many games looked interesting. Spider-Man, Ratchet, Horizon, Demon's Souls, Destruction All Stars, Returnal, Deathloop, Kena, Little Devil Inside just a big selection that caught my eye. The only negative I have is I would have liked to see gameplay for Miles and Horizon or Demon's Souls. Sony made the right move to pick up Insomniac because they will pull through big time this generation with their 3 teams, maybe more now they have Sony supporting them. Very interested to see what Xbox does next month. And super stoked to see what Sony will keep bringing to the table throughout the generation.

What's Good Games wait til this gets out. Sony purposely misled the public. Those so called exclusive games are only timed exclusive and some will be on PC. Also Spider-Man isn’t a full game it’s a extension only. Ticks me off. 😩😩😩😩

I don't understand the discussion about the available disk space? We know how big the PS5 drive is, and it's conditioned by the SSD controller Sony is using. The Digital Edition will not have some other drive. Also, we know exactly how the PS5 will handle external hard drives, game installations, and additional SSD disk space. Did I miss something?

Yes, the "console exclusives" are coming to PC, but, whether it's timed or released simultaneously on both the PS5 and PC has yet to be determined by Sony
I watched quite a few reacts recently and I love seeing how hyped women have gotten for Horizon: Forbidden West. You can see how much Aloy means to them and she's such a great character anyway.
I personally screamed as soon as I heard "the old ones." Some of the major reactions weren't as hyped as I was, but look around and you'll find people almost cry at that reveal. You'll even find a lot of guys jumping and screaming and crying tears of joy and whatnot; it's beautiful 🤣

I feel like we need a video with Britt, Tim Getty’s, Michael Huber and if possible Maximilian Dood. Call it Hype Monsters, it’ll basically just a be video where they all discuss each others biggest freak out moments. I still go back and watch these videos years later.
Personally I’d want Tasty Steve in there as well cause no one does hype like him, but I assume he is a little bit too far out of these circles.

We all make mistakes dude. It was a slip. Don’t lose sleep over it.
Going disc cause still wanna be able to play my 4K blu rays cant do that with the digital. Till physical becomes non-existent gonna be sticking with discs. Digital can be nice for people who still wanna hold onto the ps4 to use that as the blu ray player. Or people who dont buy discs and buys everything in the store.

I am in the same line of thought. I also like seeing my collection on the shelf gives me something tangible. And until the used market dies I can still trade in some games that I don't use anymore. The big thing that will make me go digital is if there is a big price difference or if the digital has significantly more storage space.

The Xbox first party studios are going to be showing much. Hell Blade 2, Psychonauts 2, and Outer Worlds are games released or coming soon. So the bigger name studios won’t be showcasing much. Halo Infinite is the big one. Gears 5 was just released also. Forza is the same every year. 16 new studios doesn’t mean anything yet. MS could show Outer Worlds 2, Gears 6, Ori 3, Cuphead 2, and Halo 7 and that doesn’t mean shit if those games are 2-3 years out. Especially when there won’t be any exclusives for the XSX for at least a year. So the Xbox needs games or better yet new franchises that can be huge successes. Xbox has lived off Halo and Gears since day 1. Time to spread out. Stop worrying about things like Japan or being a shooter only console and make games that make people want to by your console. Scalebound could have been that game but MS has dragged its feet far to long.
I felt the line by Jim Ryan "We’re going to let the games do the talking", was kind of both a mic drop and a dig at the Xbox. Kind of like they did with the game sharing video and the mic drop at the PS4 event. Sony knew this event was going to be a hit. Sony I think got a little cocky here. But it’s all good.
Hopefully they show lots of cool games! I think they are being secretive right now, so that we won't know what games they are coming out with. I never expected a new Sackboy game, and I didn't see any news of its development beforehand. I could imagine Microsoft studios being secretive like that. Do you think so too?
@Robert Phillips Xbox now has the developers of Outer Worlds as a 1st party. So from now on, their games are only going to be on Xbox/PC. The OP is saying that since they just released that game not too long ago, that it would be a while before they have a new game to show.
