Sounds like a very fun trip. My experience is that every Rolex AD I've gone into is different. Some are very friendly and accommodating, others not so much. I recommend you get on that AD's list for an OP. Cheers!

Just go grey and have it now. They are as low as they are going to get. Waitlists are for the feeble and or those that are happy to wait years to save a few bucks, missing out on years of enjoyment with the watch. Don’t be that guy Norm you are better.

Every single watch you own is more interesting than the OP, so why do you wan it? Just because it says Rolex? Maybe go on vacation to some destination that sells watches new or vintage for cheap, land some great watches and enjoy an awesome vacation.
I'll tell the story of why in a future video, I think I already own a watch that is exactly what I had in mind for that watch.
