Meanwhile in France, another Marine shows the world how not to lead in the final vote tally.
I work for a company with incompetent leadership, and if people such as I stepped forward to fill the void, our leaders would take credit and get promoted.
So, why would I do it?
finally atrue statement as po3 in navy i set examlpes, gave expectations to my airman team above all else,we need all members to feel valued but not at the cost of team and mission.

Oh my goodness, it's not the make your bed video for the fourth time.
Service leadership may stem somewhat from the military, but it really goes back further. It's actually a more Biblical idea. The Bible calls all believers to be servants. I am a servant of Christ. My purpose is to bring glory to Him in everything that I am, everything that I do, and everything that I say. In sort, I am to bring glory to God with every part of my being. To start, I am to love others as Christ first loved me. That love isn't so much emotional as it is an action. It's a commitment to do good to others. Serve others before myself. Christ died on the cross to take the penalty of my sins and redeem me to a righteous God. I am to show a similar sacrificial love towards others. That is service before self. By doing so you have an enormous impact on others; you have a lot of influence. You also may very well inspire others to take the same lead. Lead by example. If I want something to be done right, I must first do it right. Then, I can show others by my own example. As a servant of Christ, I am first saved by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ, his Son. Then, I enter into a process of sanctification (becoming more like Christ). I am to be a light of Christ to a sin-fallen world. In order to do that, I must ensure that I am the best example I can be of Christ. Then, I can show the world what Christ looks like through my own life.
Well said the world needs more people like you!
Why? Why would you bring religion into this? Just why? Religion has absolutely nothing to do with leadership and teamwork. You can't be this dense. How can teamwork and leadership values be from the Biblical era? Are you straight up disregarding the rest of history? Try using a more logical argument than "Hey so Jesus and God made everything accept Jesus and God as your savior guys, this book that has been heavily edited and revised for centuries says so"
Don't bring religion into everything. At this rate, people like you are no better than mindless sheep, like the brainwashed citizens of North Korea that bow down to the Kims and make absolutely everything about them.
+Jay Grey I don't deny that there were teams before.
+ Lucas Smith I don't deny that these things existed before his birth.
+ Not Todd Howard Firstly, I wrote a comment concerning Christianity. I did not speak of religion in general. Secondly, I made no argument anything like what you put in quotation marks. II said nothing of God creating the universe through his Son, though he did so. I didn't give anything as a reason for receiving the gift of salvation through Christ. Regarding editing and revision, this is simply wrong. Through textual criticism and the existence of thousands of copies of the texts, we can be pretty confident that the text we have today is indeed the original. Anyway, I'm going to continue to say what I wish regarding any topic I choose. You have no authority to censor me in any way, shape, or form. I find it interesting how you people often call Christians "mindless sheep." That comes from the ones who believe nothing but the ways of this world. You believe what you are told by your peers and other fallible humans. I believe the word of God. You can challenge it as such, but you'll have a pretty steep hill to climb. I first came to Christianity through research concerning the evidences and debate concerning those evidences. To be a servant of Christ, I had to reject the ways of this world and what I was told from my youth. Most people mindlessly go through life without ever questioning the ways of this world.
Topping from the bottom. Lol
lol for some reason I expected a muscle bound tatted up marine giving this speech
4th
Sooo, i get a picture of real soldiers, then i read in the title about "marine" talking inspirational words. It made me sad when i heard melodic female voice instead of rhytmic male one.
She was a Public Affairs officer too which makes her advice more meaningless. She is just milking her Marine status to sell books.
BLA BLA BLA
Just wing it like Trump does? No......
