  • It’s hard to believe but Indian Motorcycle is celebrating the 100th anniversary of one of its originals, the Indian Scout. For 2020, the modern Scout pays homage to the original 1920 version with a “Bobber”-specific variation in the 2020 Indian Scout Bobber Twenty.
    --
Rolling on wire-spoke wheels (versus cast alloys), the Bobber also gets a nifty floating seat sans passenger accommodation. It also trades a conventional handlebar for a mini-ape version (10-inch high) affording a meaner stance.
It eats blacktop via a 69ci (1,133cc) liquid-cooled V-twin that puts nearly 85 hp and 64 pound-feet of torque to the chunky Pirelli MT 60 tire. The engine feels especially punchy compared to its competition and it sounds just as tasty as it looks hung inside a meaty alloy frame. But don’t just take our word for it, watch the Indian Scout Bobber Twenty in action in this MC Commute installment.

Glad I’m not the only one stressed out by this guys road manners.

First time I watched this video I was really shocked by the way he rides and was glad to see I wasn't the only one with the same reaction but, from a purely entertainment oriented perspective, after a few watches I am quickly becoming a fan and can't wait to see this guy rip through traffic on other bikes. I wouldn't ride like that but he really does do a good job of putting the bike through its paces.

This is honestly probably the best review of the bobber Ive seen on youtube... and Ive seen alot before buying mine! You got into many of the intricacies and history and fun facts my dealer didnt even tell me! Good work.

Dude, this is probably the 3rd or so review of yours I've watched and you know what? Your reviews are top notch. I mean, you clearly know your sh** and tell us everything we need to know without boring us to death with details that come too slow or that nobody cares about. Nice.

this guy road the hell out of that bike... i wish more reviewers could ride like that to show us what the bike is about rather than just "oh it's so powerful" without showing us anything

Quite an aggressive rider. I have a HD 1200XL Sportster, purchased used, as my first bike a year ago. I'm really digging these Indian Bobbers. Just might be my next bike. Good stuff, good vid, good job!

A+ for cosmetic cruiser design ... like a fun toy ... and if that's what the buyer wants, more power to them. Great for posing in town. For my money, more riding application, modern tech, and utility is needed.

Damn, I moved to Cali from the UK and this guy has balls the size of cows weaving like that here. I have never seen a worse group of drivers in all my travels than California. No awareness, no understanding of road etiquette, poor car handling skills, aggression issues, lack of basic safety, etc they are totally useless. That said, what a fun review, he is a skilled rider and he can push that thing hard. I am fed up of the reviews going 5 mph under the speed limit with little to no pushing the bike.

Definitely enjoyed the video. Sidenote, as others have said - The 2 inch rear travel takes it off my short list immediately.

Chill CZcams police . He’s giving it a good riding review . Lame splitting is legal where he lives , that’s how he rides. It’s surprisingly safer to make your own path than to wait on other drivers .
