- I get over excited about the 2021 Indian Motorcycle Scout Bobber; one of the coolest bikes on the market and proof that cruiser motorbikes can be incredibly fun!
I also show a few bits of my favourite motorcycle lifestyle gear.
Enjoy!
This guy's genuinely stylish without trying.
Came back to this video after getting my own Scout (though I went with the Rogue). First time I saw it was this video. You’re the man Freddie, thanks for teaching me to love bikes.
Love the way you express your excitement throughout the video. Job well done!!
Thanks Antonio, appreciate it!🙂🙌🏻🙌🏻
i realize I am kind of randomly asking but do anybody know a good place to stream newly released series online ?
@Darian Cesar flixportal
@Marshall Aydin Thanks, I signed up and it seems to work =) I appreciate it !
@Darian Cesar Glad I could help :D
Wow, I just came across your channel. Inspiration is the best word to use. I'm an Indian Scout Bobber owner myself and I have a CZcams channel that I've dedicated to the Indian Scout Bobber - but man, you have capture the essence and the excitement the bike brings....hands down. I am for certain a subscriber from now forward ... I'm always looking for inspiration on how to be better at content creation and you sir - are fantastic!. Thanks!
Owning an Indian Scout Bobber myself and I got to say you’re absolutely right..it’s just maximum fun to ride it!Just love her..😎👍
I must have watched this video like 20 times as of today. Made the purchase of this bike, couldn't be any happier a true blessing! Cheers mate! 🍻
Wow, you have a lot of content. And I really can't believe you this was your first video. You were so natural on it, like if you were 3 years into blogging. Congratulations
Mind blown at how much you've spent on biking kit! I was thinking that the one set would do me once I've got my licence ... but looks like not! :) Seriously impressed you went from this video to the latest and now have over 21k subscribers! Cracking job!
Bought one last week. I love how I can hit up the old turns with some caution, but just rip out of them without worry.
I know exactly what you mean!😃🤘🏼🤘🏼. Happy riding!!
'A man who's tired of London is tired of life", and you have a great apt, awesome gear, a beautiful bike, and super lovely Monika. I think that checks every box. Enjoy!.
Thanks so much!
Freddie, you've got amazing content.
Came across your channel whilst researching different bikes. Relatively new to motorcycles - never ridden in my life!
Your excitement and passion is infectious, it really makes me want to bite the bullet and take the courses!
Hugely appreciated Mikko!🙂
Keep me posted on how you get on with your biking journey🤘🤘
I'm totally and absolutely in love with this beauty of a bike
Your excitement is pretty obvious, and is perfectly conveyed in this video. Ride safe!
Just found you on CZcams, good stuff Freddie, and British 🙂, I ride a Scout and just love it,like you say you just have to stand back and admire it (as do many people when you've out and about), the perfect Cruiser for British roads.
Love the look of this motorcycle it's the most beautiful bike ever!
Dude you are a star. Very honest and objective. Super interactive content. Keep up ⬆️
Glad I found this channel & how special is it to see your very first video. Love the Fuji. I have one too!
Thanks for the review. I've got a 2019 speedmaster and I'm seriously tempted by the scout.
Hi Dave,
That's very interesting, because I'm hoping to test the Speedmaster soon and I'm probably thinking along your lines; which is better(??)
Good idea leaning the bike over to show the ground clearance mate, always something I'm interested in with cruisers and really helps to be able to visualise it instead of just knowing the figures like 30 degrees etc...
Really glad you found it useful, thanks!
Weighting up getting one of these (once I sell my car) and this video was a great watch. Solid production quality to boot!
Thanks so much Victor! This is one of my dream bikes- it's very very special!🖤
Looking forward to this subscription Freddie, keep them coming 👍🏻
Thanks Peter, I’ll aim to keep consistent with it!👌🏻
Love the enthusiasm, mega. Cheers. 👍
Great video. Nice gear section too, I really like the stealth bike gear 👍🏻👍🏻
Great video, with great content. I’ve been thinking of doing this myself, I don’t think there’s enough UK based Indian motorcycles content, so was thinking of getting a GoPro and having a blast at this kind of stuff. I’m on my second Indian now, I think they’re awesome. My latest one is the normal scout but the anniversary edition. Indian make great bikes. I love Harley’s too and generally anything in a cruiser style. Think you’ve convinced me to have a go at this myself. Well done on a great video, looking forward to more videos from you 👍🏼
Thanks so much, hugely appreciate it!🙂🙌🏻. You’re so right; there are so few Indians in the UK- probably part of what makes them so special!🖤🏍. I’m sold on them completely; they’re incredible bikes!
Good job Freddie ! Keep them coming ! Congrats.
Thanks Samuel!
Simply put, the sexiest bike money can buy. No wonder you’re so excited about it. Amazing. Thanks for the review on the gear too.
I completely agree! And thank you Rodrigue🙂
Excellent video men, thanks for sharing your experience! Greetings from Venezuela! 🇻🇪
Thank you Edgar!🙂
Excellent presentation !!! really loved it !!! you're simply awesome dude !!!
Really appreciate it, thank you!:)
Very well done video, watching out for more!
Thanks so much Apurva, really appreciate it!
Amazing! Phenomenal video!
Great video! Love the lifestyle gear
Thanks very much for the input, really glad you like the lifestyle gear element!
I was born and raised in So Calif in the 60's...lived in a small desert town..we rode bikes then motorcycles all over the hills and sand of the dry river bed wash....Steve McQueen had a shack out there and then later he would hang out at Indian Dunes dirt track....guys would hangout at the " Fast House " a small home for beer drinking at dirt bike riders and such..
A really great first video. Found it very interesting, even when you went into Starbucks!! There again, with the Covid lockdown, going to Starbucks is now a highlight in its own right.
Starbucks and Morrison’s currently highlights of the week!😆
Nice video! I ordered mine 2 months ago, it should arrive any day now! It was my dream bike from the first day I saw it. Greetings from Lithuania!
Labas Edvinas! Oh wow I’m very jealous- it’s definitely also one of my dream bikes. There’s something about it- it’s a very special bike-! I got stopped on it so much in the UK by people admiring it🖤🏍
Enjoy it!🙂🤘🏼🏍
Thank you for your first video! From Russia with love of motorcycles 😎
Really appreciate it Vadim!🙂🤜🏼🤛🏼
Awesome start to your channel! 👊🏽
Appreciate it David!
Great first video! 👏🏼 excited for more to come!! That bike is so cool; you need to get one.... with a pillion seat!☺️
Thanks Ali, I really love this bike- I’m very tempted to get one (definitely with a pillion seat!🙂👌🏻)
Freddie your videos are superb you speak clearly and don't waffle surely a tv career beckons my friend
Great job mate, love that bike - super cool
Thanks Mark! It’s definitely a dream bike for me!🖤🏍
Excellent !!!! Waiting delivery on my Bobber black smoke, wanting it more after watching you video.
Great stuff buddy . . .
Thank you Ricky!🙌🏻🙌🏻.
I bet you can’t wait!!! Happy riding and enjoy it!🙂🤘🏼🏍
Great job on your first ever CZcams video! And I love that Indian scout bobber. I’m looking at one myself now.
Thanks Rob! It's a very special bike- I still miss it!
Very nice first video. I love motorcycles in general and especially my FAT Bob 114. Best wishes from Germany.
Thanks Markus! I love the Fat Bob too- definitely a bike I'd LOVE to try!
Loving the bike Freddie, very cool, bags of personality and a little different I’m sure you’d feel very special riding it, I’m riding a customised Triumph T120 of which, when I swapped in to the cruiser style, I thought I may be selling out to having fun, but I have to say it’s probably the opposite, and a big part of that is the feeling you get. I have had it de catted though and a x pipe fitted. Enjoying the videos keep them flowing😉
Thanks very much🙂
The X pipe is a great mod for the bike!
Great looking bike. Agree about noise or lack of. When you switched it off you could hear it spitting and crackling which was cool. Being honest I preferred the triumph scrambler you had a few weeks ago. Looking forward to more vids 👍😎
Thanks very much! A meaner exhaust would transform the Scout👌🏻👌🏻 I’ve got another Triumph coming next- same engine as the XC!🙂🏍
Gorgeous bike- those floating seats just look odd! Great video, as always!
Thanks Jon, it is a surprisingly comfortable seat despite the wafer thin look!
Hiya mate. Just stumbled upon your videos today, great reviews, love the way you put things across. I watched your triumph bobber review today also and that was great also.
Any chance you can do a head to head between the two, maybe adding in a Harley 48. Thanks again for the content and look forward to watching more 👍
Hi Freddie , I'm enjoying your vlogs, good to see the clothing you choose to wear on the bike , I love my aviator boots and bike shed Jean's, keep up the good work
Really appreciate it, thanks Garry! The Aviator boots are some of the most comfortable I’ve tried- great boots!👌🏻
Mine's a 2020 but identical otherwise. Absolutely love it!
I can't beleive this is your first video! :D
i actually loved the video if you didnt say that this was your first then i wouldnt have thought it was good job
Really appreciate it, thanks Joppe!
Glad you like it Freddie, I have a 2018 Bobber with mods. You're right, riding out on one has to be experienced . There is nothing like it. I would upgrade those pipes though, these machines deserve a bit more sound. Maybe bump into you on the south coast this summer
Sounds good Graham- I usually do a few trips down to Rye, Brighton etc a few times throughout the summer! So true- I usually like quiet(wish) exhausts, but even I'd change the Scouts! What an incredible bike though- a real dream bike!
Well done on first video mate, your now part of the Moto vlog family lol ⚡🤙🏾
Thanks Bruce, appreciate it!
Those thermals are a good price. Always better to buy them from a non-motorcycle outlet.
This bike is a thing of beauty. Even the bit that sticks backwards to take the registration plate doesn't look bad. I just can't get on with feet-forward.
Good debut.
Looking to get one, finally after about 5 years since I first saw worlds fastest Indian!
Just showing my support man , good luck with the channel , it's a lot of work.
Really appreciate it, thank you! It does take a lot of time!!🤜🏼🤛🏼
Great video.... Amazingly done for your first one. I'm here because I'm picking up my Indian scout bobber next week.... However winter riding gear not so much an issue since in in Durban South Africa :p
A Scout Bobber in SA- that must be pretty close to riding heaven! Happy riding and thanks so much for the support!🙂
What an awesome first vlog 👏👏 you got some very nice riding kit too👍. Love the scout but would probably go for a Triumph bobber.
Thanks very much Andy, really appreciate it! I'm very lucky to have a great selection of gear- just a year ago I only had one helmet and one jacket, so it's a great feeling! I need to try the Triumph Bobber- actually I'd try the Speedmaster as I need two seats, but it's equally as beautiful I think!
Absolutely stunning
Thanks Lokeni!
Your videos are the most down to earth reviews I have seen, so thank you. I have not seen a video on the new Indian Chief but I am considering that above a Scout (5k price bump) or a Harley mid size cruiser that is comparable. Any advice?
Personally I would keep the pipes stock. It makes more than enough of a statement from how it looks. And it still sounds nice in my opinion. Great to hear how the little Fiat has done 166k without issues.
I’ve got a 2021 sagebrush bobber twenty and you are absolutely right. That bike is wonderful!!! Try not to touch all over the matte paint though, you can damage it from the oils in your hands 🍻
Oh the sage is STUNNING!! I had no idea about the the matte paint can be damaged though, thanks for the heads up!🙂
Subbed! Great first vid, looking forward to more. 👍
The scout definitely needs an exhaust mod though!
Thanks very much! Totally agree- an exhaust's essential!
Looking forward to more British moto content! Nice one
Thanks for the support, Sam!
piece of art
I'm a 2021 Scout Bobber owner as well, she's my pride and joy, absolutely stunning bike in every way. I put SuperTrapp exhausts on it, it's the only mod I've done, I also got the comfort seat from Indian cause the stock one is really uncomfy. Not that you would get this bike for the comfort in the first place anyway ;)
I'd like to also mention how powerful and well geared the bike is, the gears are long, the bike revs up to 8k RPM and it pulls really hard. Very torque-y and linear power all the way through the powerband.
Would you upgrade to the new Chief if given the option?
@@kelso8200 Sorry for the late answer but definitely not. I'd get the Chief as a second bike if anything, for longer trips, the Scout Bobber is something else and it has to be part of my garage. The Chief is an excellent bike as well don't get me wrong, but the look and feel of the ISB is unique.
Well I when back to your beginning . I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED
That exhaust sounds like tin , I’m happy to keep my bobber black , great insight Frederick
Thanks! It is an unacceptable exhaust note- I have no idea how Indian signed off on it
Interesting video. Thanks for sharing, also for giving viewers mice tour of your nice home. And of course, the gears which i may have borrow a few of your recommendations. Good review on your Indian. Worth watching. Stay safe
Thanks very much and really glad you enjoyed the video!🙂
Great review. Great filming 😎
Thanks very much!
It really is a gorgeous bike. I’d love to see it without the rear fender! Awesome first video! Maybe consider getting a microphone on your jacket to avoid the extra noise coming from the camera microphone. Can’t wait for the next vid!
Thanks very much Ian, and thanks for the tip- I’ll look into getting one👌🏻
Really appreciate the support!
Great to see you on here sir 👏🏼👏🏼
Cheers Rob, very happy to be here!👌🏻🙂
great video man! Will be subbing to see more of you!
Thanks Wesley, appreciate it!
This is great content x
Thank you so much Gucci!!🙌🏻
Mine is on order. Don't even have it yet and my nights are restless.
I'd be having sleepless nights too- its a bike I really miss, so so special! Happy riding!🙂
I’m going through the same hardship man, my anxiety is off the roof I swear
@@joeypacman2956 I can imagine!😆
Love your video, Was thinking of getting one myself, sad in 2022 and still no fuel gauge. How kms before fuel light comes on..I've heard here in Australia the average start looking at filling up at about 160km on the trip meter.
Like your review. Had my eye on this bike for a long time but taxes here in Thailand are stupid high. I'm still edging towards one though.
Excellent vidéo once again!! That’s a great decision the T120 and the Scout bobber. They are both great bikes !!! About leaning angle , for some country road and some twisties, do you think the bobber can make it confidently without scraping the footpegs?
The T120 is it more sportier ?
Thanks Ricardo, really appreciate it!
The Scout Bobber will scrape the foot pegs if you push it on windy roads, and I know that sounds scary, but honestly it's not- it's all part of the style of the bike and it's incredibly fun!
The T120 is much sportier with a way better lean angle- it has a better lean angle than I could ever reach the limit of!
Both unbelievably cool and fun bikes!
How does this compare to the HD 48? Have you tested/reviewed the forty eight?
Being American, I'm tickled pink that we have another option besides Harley. My only reservation is like you I'm a working man who can only afford one motorcycle right now and not being able to go two up with my lady once in awhile is a deal breaker for me. Have you fitted luggage on this beautiful beast? Thanks for the lovely show and tell.
Thanks you! I didn't get to try it with luggage and a rear seat, but I did go and view a Scout with full luggage, rear backrest and rear seat, and it looked SUPERB!🙂
Awesome vlog! Can you tell how you feel on the bike being on the tall riders side? And also what’s the brand/model of the jacket you’re wearing? Thank you so Freddie for this Video!!
Thanks Basem! I'm 6'1 and felt absolutely fine on it. It's got a low seat height, but I love low seat heights in general. It feels comfortable for someone of my height👌
The jacket is the Blackbird Blackhawk jacket- it's very good.
how would you compare it to the Triumph bobber black (chrome)? I'm debating between the two, I can't decide, The ride modes are nice on the triumph is nice for a new rider for me, but not sure.
I got one and love it.
What a bike to own- most owners seem to absolutely love their Scouts!
Hello Freddie, that's a very nice closet!
Thanks Frank- an outfit for every occasion😆
Great video! Subscribed.
I have a 2021 Scout on the way, thinking I might add the 1920 seat the same as yours.
Might have missed it if you mentioned in the vid, but how tall are you? The bike fits you really well.
Great idea- the seat looks incredible and is surprisingly comfortable!
Happy 1 year anniversary. You started on my birthday
Love a bit of Bluewater.... Great bike
I seem to spend half my life at Bluewater because of my partner!😆
I’m biased due to the bike choice for your first vlog, but great job, my friend! ✌🏻
Appreciate it!🙂🙌🏻🙌🏻
Hi Freddie, love your videos! I watched your R nine video too, if you could pick one, Scout or R Nine?
I live in London and have a 2021 scout bobber in the thunder matt black changed the exhaust too Vance andpermanent grin
I can imagine that transforms the experience!!
In your opinion is the 1920 seat a 300 mile a day seat?
Great bike bike. Thanks bro.
Appreciate it Majed!
I AGREE WITH YOU 100000000000000000% about this bike.
A dream bike!🖤🖤🖤🏍
Well done bro.
Freddie my honorable mentor you tell me what you will choose between Triumph bobber and Indian Scout bobber?♥️👍
this is really good :D i just purchased the indian chief dark horse. picking it up in may/june
Appreciate it!🙂🙌🏻
Oh wow: the Chief Dark Horse!!🖤. One of the absolute most special bikes on the market!! I bet you’re impatiently waiting!!😆
@@FreddieDobbs ah yeah i have truble sleeping now because im so excited😅
@@MC_Solbakken i bet!!😆
Not my tipe of motorcycle...BUT! It looks great and a lot of fun... cool video... nice job!
Thanks Juan!🙂
Looks awesome man! Can't wait to get on one to test ride. What was the name of that poster company? It was a little hard to hear.
It’s an incredible bike!🤘🏼🏍. The artwork company is Motoreverie 🙂👌🏻
Monica kicked some serious ass w that Fuji! GREAT Stability! Im guessin DJI or Zhyhun crane Gimbal? And yes Scout Bobbers are one of my FAVES! I WILL own one
Thanks for the video, mate. I'm looking to buy my next bike and I'm still educating myself - I'm keen on the HD 883 or the Indian Scout Bobber. Honda is absolutely solid, but it doesn't have the raw feeling the Indians or the HDs have. Apparently, it's still ok to buy non-Euro-5-approved bikes, as Euro 5 affects only new unregistered bikes (so something only manufacturers should worry about, not individuals). I'd like to ask you about the support for the Indian bike? That's one thing I worry about, as it doesn't seem to be very popular in the UK (I also live in London) I wonder if would it be a pain to get any simple service done. For instance, I know any decent mechanic would be able to provide service/order pieces for my Honda, regardless of where I am. But I wonder if it would be the same if I end up getting an Indian.
Hi Matheus,
Really good question!
It may be a bit more tricky getting the Indian serviced, although having said that, not one Indian owner I've spoken to has ever had any issues with maintenance, so I think you'll be fine🙂
The Scouts have long service intervals and are meant to be tough, so I'd just take it to a normal bike mechanic as I don't think the Scouts will be too specialised.
Let me know how you get on!
motorcycle is a lifestyle and the best way to live it is to dress up for it. that’s exactly what this man’s did.
