I did hammer grip pull ups almost every day for 3 months at 170 and got to doing 17 straight if you just find some fun in it like I did you’ll see insane growth

Most of them are useless. Just do your normal wide pull ups and chin ups. If you cant - then try some negatives, they are way better than band-assisted ones.
