those were full reps too, very nice
lol
Not really, reaching with your chin like that stops the chest from touching the bar which is what you should be aiming for. Way better than those cross fit idiots though.
No they weren't,once you start using momentum to whip your body up and you tilt your chin up,you're cheating.
@@minners71 still full reps
@@minners71 he is a marine. Out of all people we know how to do a correct pull up. He is locking the elbows out at the bottom. And all you have to do for a correct pull up is for your chin to just pass the bar. Correct pull up.
Those reps were honest af
Them soldiers are too real
That's how he built the capacity to do that many in the first place, good form
Uhh
He was raising his knees making it easier.
Honest, them were perfection!
he come running back for a handshake.........dude's a Gentleman
Only reason he walked away was he was disappointed with his 24 reps, he wanted the 30 for 30. Seems like a nice guy. Respectful officer, probably worked his way up instead of degreeing his way into his position.

He had broken his ankle and spent forever at bootcamp but was doing pull-ups like a mad man the whole time.
He got dropped to our platoon because he was healed and ready and BLEW ALL OUR MINDS
Probably made lance
Love how he pushed himself untill the very end.
That’s how it’s suppose to be in order to create muscle, it’s called going to failure
@@JESUSISKING77742 nice.

he is one of the people who is actually big enough to "mess" with officers
That beginning shake means everything to men. Word is bond, and he stuck to his word even if he failed in the process. This is where the respect of men come from
Your mistaken. They say handshake tell you everything avout a man. When a guy shakes my hand harder than normal theres a big chance he is one of the wannabee alpha types who gets info from internet rather than live. If a man tries to dominate other men without an open conflict then you can rest assure he is a coward and his meat is tender. An yes that can easily show in an excaggerated handshake. Fair warning abouth believing in alpha bullshit. Because you will get gassed up, start acting arrogant and eventually sombody will burst your bubble. It is when they realize that shit is real that their heart pumps fear.
What does that have to do with men? Isn't it just respectful people in general?
