I had been wanting to try Beyond Sushi and this video pushed me over the edge. I went today to the 56th Street location and was not disappointed! I went with the Spicy Mang roll and boy oh boy, was it ever delish. Also, I'm gluten-free and they had lots of options, including cute packets of gluten-free soy sauce. I'll definitely be going back. Thanks for this and for all of your videos!

The love and care that goes into each roll shows , I’m not vegan but I know this taste amazing just because of all the love that goes into it.
Maybe it was the Shark Tank experience, but chef was slick talking while making your rolls. All the sushi ingredients were interesting, not the least of which was the rice. Rice selection and prep is something sometimes taken for granted and chef has made some bold choices. Next time I am in NYC I'm putting this place on my list.

I've been & can confirm it's amazing 🤤 I HAVE to go whenever I visit NY. It's tasty, cheap, no crazy lines, multiple locations. The kaffir lime on the La Fiesta is 💯

Love your enthusiasm and "fun". So glad you took a tumble in the world of vegan, plant based. I watch your sushi / sashimi videos as I am plant based .... but since I am Japanese, I do eat fish. Think it is in the DNAS. More of these ... we need to eat more plants for our health and our planet. Keep up the singing and dancing.

Love vegan videos as I’m mostly plant based diet and moving towards gluten free. These sushi look so good.

At first when I read "vegan sushi" something inside of me was like, "Noooooo!!" But watching the owner/cook prepare it and then watching you eat it, I officially want to try it.
