I wonder if these cues pertain to the narcissist. They are able to lie so easily. That would be interesting to analyse.

This is true, but I've always felt that achieving flawless deception is a bit of a myth. No matter how skilled someone becomes, lies tend to have a knack for coming undone at some point. Plus, the emotional weight of keeping up with a web of deceit? It's heavy and often not worth it in the long run.

I'm not a professionist, but I know that the areas of the brain that processes genuine responses and truth work faster than the areas that produce calculate responses so a hint can escape every time. For example body language is the contrast between amigdala (that is the first center that obtains data from external imputs, for survival purpose) and ipothalamus (where we can rationalise consciousely what we perceive; that very tiny time window produces non controlled non-verbal communication. So its very hard to suppress 100% what you feel.

@@AestheticallyMoonmake allowances for people. everyone has different and individual ways of talking and expressing themselves. Its also a filler word and often used more sparingly when a person is exciteable so its not completely meaningless
