Somehow I didn't think The Cars would ever be likely enough to play this song live again! I'm pretty sure Up And Down never made it as a hit, therefore I would have considered it just a long forgotten song. However, it definitely sounded great here! I only wish Benjamin Orr was still alive so he could have reunited with them. Oh well, they still sound great as ever! ~Dutch
They really screwed up my breaking up back in the day, I saw every tour from Panorama in Dallas in 1980 till Door to Door tour in 87 when they shut down, Seen them all at Reunion Arena in Dallas when they came there. Wish they would of stuck together longer
It was Greg. See the monitor on his keyboard? To the best of my knowledge no one ever strapped on a bass onstage again for these gents after they lost Ben.
@@kencummings953 Except at their induction into the RRHOF. Weezer's bass player was brought in to take Ben's place for their performance of "Just What I Needed".
More bad camera work...during the guitar solo, you focus on the guitar...during a keyboard or drum solo, you focus on those...However, the band sounded amazing of course!!!
I miss you Benjamin 💔
Anybody who loves this song is cool with me! True, it was never a single, but wow, it sure should have been. They really knew how to end an album!

@@MisterMikeTexas You are correct sir. Full circle after Ric Ocasek produced Weezer's breakthrough album back in the day.
Empty without Ben
