Ty, if need help just pm, have helped couple people in pm get theres going, an if it can be made into video for common issue i will.
I preach diy whenever possible, why show diff parts, brakes etc, because it maybe diff brands of vehicles, but alot is done very similar, ive seen my share of crooked shops an way over priced places, so i try to cover broad help to keep people out of them

Yup, put new hoses on last nite, biggest prob now is they opened petcock an clamped kitchen hose down onto it, boogered the threads an snapped end off
So might have to pull rad an re tap or ????

Quick question about the air intrusion. When you said you eliminated the line, did you just plug that whole or did you buy a different filter head that didn't have that opening.

Put allen plug in hole out of filtee base, and capped off line from cap on injector, can also t an run to pump with other return line

@@bigjim11566 thanks do you happen to remember the size fitting to plug that whole. I am having a air intrusion problem also. And I get the fuel filter light when I reach 65mph. I looked it up and it meant that I wasn't getting enough fuel supply for that speed and there was some sort of restriction.

@@Isaiah12691 think was 3/8, but can pull fitting an take into hardware store, pull fitting on pump anput T in, so both banks return to pump, o rings cause major intrusion also on injector caps

@@bigjim11566 do you already have a video up of just showing what you meant about T'ing in the to so they would run back to in to the pump. Or just a overall video of how you got rid of your air intrusion

Does the pump strain the air in the screen filter housing?

It pushes just fuel to filter, now in 2nd vid once mounted upright on perm bracket the bowl stays full, the first vid was more for testing.
Since had no fuel issue i kept under hood for perm mount, the 40222 has plenty suction for it to work underhood an is rated for even farther draw

Have you mounted the bracket? Do an update please. I'm doing this tomorrow. I put a Mr. Gasket in but it didn't last five miles.

@@lawrencetickle2706 i believe was 1/8 inch machine fitting into pump an 3/8 for hose side, kept the metal line an just added new 3/8 rubber.
I did run relay to ignition on fuse with toggle.
Have no regrets at all after install.
My trk sits weeks at a time an were having single digit temp, not plugged in at within 20sec its started an running

For chrome, hated using it, but put course flap disc on grinder an rough up good or down to metal, sealing chrome is a bugger

@@bigjim11566 so I got it installed and there is an issue with the line getting fuel after five miles. I'm thinking it might be the tank selector valve. I have been itching all week to get back on it. It actually died across the street Sunday night so I had to pull the batteries to recharge them. Next day she cranked right up and drove down the driveway.
