Ambrose was an absolute beast! He absolutely carried RPM and seemed genuinely appreciative of the opportunity to drive for The King. He is one of my all time favorite Petty drivers. Can you imagine him in today's car at WG ? Omg..... or even Circuit of the Americas..... he woukd Win or Crash but either way it would be exciting 🏁

Marcos Ambrose is 47 years old. Soon to be 48. Which may be of a disadvantage in some racing circles
While Marcos Ambrose did drive over 200 mph at Michigan during Qualifying. In NASCAR qualifying does not set the lap record. The official lap record time has to be set during the race. Therefore the Qualifying record is an Unofficial lap record
What’s the bet that if they were racing at the Chicago Street Course in the 2010’s, Ambrose would win.
