Great show blokes, and great listen to SVG gives such an honest account, he certainly handles any social anxiety issues well. Great Ambassador for NZ, Australia and Motorsport in general, and obviously loves dogs, a good trait in any human. This year will be the best year of his life, last year was the worst year of my life, and watching Shane go through this experience, also Scott in Indy is giving me an interest and hope for my future, NEVER GIVE UP, I am 66 and a proud Kiwi in Oz, drawn strength all my life from NZ solo speedway riders, World Champions Ivan Mauger, Barry Briggs, and Ronnie Moore. And lets not forget racing drivers Bruce McClaren and Denny Holme and the list goes on, Rally Champs, Saloon Cars Jim Richards,Greg Murphy and the list goes on with great Aussie drivers too. And not to forgotten in USA, Eddie Rickenbacker "Fast Eddie" but not just a race driver a fighter pilot; and I am sure all race drivers would make good fighter pilots. And flying was the path I followed, not speedway racing as I desired as a young bloke. I listened to Pops about not going racing, but did not listen to Pops about cropdusting. I did survive a fatal,(no explosion) butvI did end up driving a truck. But life ain't over yet. Race safe, is that an oxymoron; keep it clean. Owen.
