Helping a lost baby raccoon

- An adorable and super tiny baby raccoon seeks me out for help. It comes down a tree and wonders around without a mommy. It comes right to me looking for help. I give it dog food and cookies. The baby allows me to pet its fur, too. It goes to another raccoon looking for help but doesn't receive any. I eventually led it back to the tree it came down where it climbed back up and was reunited with its mom and siblings. Now I can have peace of mind knowing the little baby will be OK.

A few weeks ago, another CZcamsr showed a 3-week-old baby raccoon that its mother was carrying in her mouth. You could hardly see it and it was just making noises. I had the feeling that the mother wanted to show off the baby proudly.😍🥰

From what I live together like family, I got a new baby about 5-6 weeks old that was hit on the road. I'm giving him a bottle and puppy food. He seems to like the bottle better. Grumpy little thing. I wanted to na.e him Mr Weiner but he's more like napoleon . Keep an eye on your babies! They have to stay with momma through the winter but they no longer breast feed after2 or 3 months and she starts teaching them to search for food.
They usually run as a family for a year.

Good evening from E. Tennessee..I just found your channel and I love it!!! We have raccoons in our back yard and over the last 3 years they have truly become our pets/family!!🤍🦝 We, too have dealt with difficult neighbors so I can relate to that. I wish you the best in dealing with that!!! Raccoons and all wildlife bring such joy and spirituality. The baby raccoon was just precious. Welcome to OONSDAY!!! I'd highly recommend checking out last year's videos of my raccoons playing the piano 🎹, soccer ⚽️, ripping open piñatas, celebrating holidays, viewer recipe games, and more. I'm trying to avoid my neighbors wrath and I cooled off on the big raccoon crowds on my patio (33 raccoons!).

I did not just watch a baby raccoon come right up to you in the woods and take food from your hand and then proceed to let you pet her 🤯😮🥰 unbelievable💫 shes a very special baby and quickly realized that the early bird catches the worm🫠 smart baby 🤓

Sarah or Sophie would be a good prospect for a name for the oon with the red cast to her fur. I wonder if oon moms are communal in raising their babies, doing whatever they can for any babies in the community in need at any given time. There’s a CZcams video called “Unbelievable Encounter: Mother Raccoon Welcomes 4 Adorable Babies Into Her Family | Part 2” where the mom accepts 4 orphaned babies like they were her own, so you have to wonder.
And that brave pipsquic maybe will be big star in this channel, he can be maybe Elvis or Freddy 😃😃🫢 What you think? 😃😃😃

It is so awesome that your sister likes animals like you. Your grandfather left a lasting impression. ❤️. You are a really good person to go out in the heat get water and food for these raccoons. And I was trying to think of a name for the red-headed one...lol. The Only name I could come up with was Ruby. Which is a beautiful gem 💎. I really like that stick fort you built too. I believe taking a bucket and burying it in the ground is the best idea ! That way they can have a lot of water and can't tip it over. 3:00 Those woods look exactly like a patch of forest in Wales, Mass. where my grandfather and I frequently went hunting during the 1970's. Those woods are all gone now and the area is all built up with roads and houses.

When Forrest Grump was about 5 months old, we were playing in the living room - i was sitting in a chair next to sofa where he was playing. I got down real low in the chair and peered at him just over the edge of the armredt so that only the top part of my head and my eyes were showing. All of a sudden, he charged at me and head-butted me so hard that it broke my glasses right into and made a small gash on top of my nose! Hed never been aggressive before, so im thinking he thought i was a predator! Something for you to think on, Mr Oons! Thanks for the beautiful footage of all your awesome friends! BIG HUGS ❤❤❤
Since the lil one is finding water, it'll be okay. When they don't have Momma around that's the dangerous part, because they get dehydrated.

By the way they do then together they do this for warmth in the winter time so yes you'll see that as it gets time to come down that they start getting buddy buddy lol by the way watch Jim blackwood the raccoon whisperer and you'll learn a lot and I'm sure if you contact them directly he'll answer any questions

(also an FYI it's advisable that unless you're close with the mom to NOT touch a Baby animal as that can in the long run cause abandonment or even death of the baby if the mom isn't happy with our/your scent being on it so....while you (and by extension us) may want to see you pet them I would advise not doing that if you can help it next time unless the mom trusts you)
