I have a quick question, do people buy these homes mostly cash, or put a big deposit and pay a small amount month or do they just finance these properties from the start ? I want to know what's the best option

Majority of these will be bank financing with 10-20% cash downpayment.

@carguy7797 For those sub-R5mil levels, yes. The higher priced deals you go, the bigger cash component those deals will have.

700 sqm is not that small..id plant some fruit trees to prevent neighbors looking through

These developers miss the mark by neglecting the embrace of oak or pine floors, or any other flooring that beckons with warmth both to the eye and touch. Instead, they opt solely for the starkness of tile and concrete, casting a shadow of cheapness and coldness over the entire home.

If I'm not mistaken just outside Centurion

found out that I would not have to moveany kid out! Apparently the fourth bedroom is an option over the garage. So money first and we will see. It is quite interesting that the owner is also trying to sell the property at 200 k less. How as an estate agent would you feel

If I get sufficient funds I have another house in Copperleaf same price 4 beds 4 garages and overlooking the nature reserve which has better value and less mess.
