It's really a beautiful house but NOT well thought out. I don't want to sound like a critic, but this is from my personal experience about properties and investments in general and coming from a Design Engineering background. It's hard to understand the actual concept of the Architect; Is the concept a traditional OR contemporary house? I see some part of the design as being traditional classic (which is great), while some part is pure contemporary (evolving which is not too great). Secondly, I think the target market for a property of this measure is completely missed. Anyone that can afford 80m ZAR in today's market must be in his/her 50+ unless there are old monies laying around and that age bracket wouldn't want to climb stairs to access their main bedroom. That said, the main bedroom should have been on the main floor. This, I think is a HUGE MISS in the entire property design.
This is one of the most gorgeous and practical houses on earth, and competes against the best in the world in many ways - yet still has potential to be upgraded to palatial if need be. Love it to bits

Home sellers often make the mistake of using young girls in tight fitting clothes to sell their properties. That strategy is a big fail because of the unnecessary distraction that the presenter becomes and very often, these women become the main character instead of the houses they are selling. Marussia is seasoned. You can tell she does this for a living and has been doing this for a while. Her mom vibes also bring some authenticity to her job and she does not make this about her but fully about the house. Very impressive. Stunning house of course. All the houses on this channel are next level.
Yoh, practical opulence, if there ever is such a thing. Simply stunning, only real emergencies would make me leave such a house besides that I'd always be indoors.

I think this proves the saying “beauty is in the eye of the beholder “ I loved the furniture with the house. And even said to my husband, if we purchased that house I would want the furniture to be part of it. Overly modern furniture, in my opinion, would give the house a cold uninviting feeling. Some of the other homes have very modern furniture but the houses look like offices vs homes. But that’s, just my opinion! 😊 Lovely home!

Not to be racist but this house will be fit for an Indian family as they have warmth of a family and they stay all together all generations under one roof.
If you are seeking financial freedom, your personal property should be at least twice your Net worth (recall that Net worth is not your income). But if you are seeking financial abundance, your personal property should be a multiple of times 5 because at this level of wealth you won't feel the downside. In order words, you must not use or tie more than 20% of your net worth in your personal property since it is not going to be generating any income. This advise is for those in their 2nd or 3rd homes not for first time home buyers.
