- In this video, I am joined by Joelle from LuxLiv Property Group as she takes us on a walkthrough property tour of this stunning modern entertainers home in Waterfall Country Estate.
You’ll see why this one is referred to as an entertainer’s home. Even though that mezzanine dining space is to die for, my fave part is still the main bedroom suite. What a beauty!

Listing description:
Upon entering this modern entertainers home, you are greeted with the most beautiful entrance hall, which is glass, with a garden on each side and breathtaking views of the pool and the house, the pool is the focal point in this mansion, and the whole house is built around it.
To the left of your entrance, you have a double garage with access into the house and to the right of your entrance, you have another double garage with access into the house.
This leads you down a glass corridor, which lands you in the most beautiful entrance hall, the colours and style are so beautiful and really set the tone for the rest of the house, this area is perfect for a quiet place to sit and relax, or an area to seat your guests.
The rim flow swimming pool has a water feature, that articulates through the house and creates a bridge that is made of glass, that runs through the house, it's so tranquil and relaxing to have this feature on and hear this sound in the house.
You have an open-plan TV lounge with a gas fireplace and this flows onto a covered patio with beautiful views of your garden and pool.
The TV lounge then extends into the dining room, which is really spacious and can fit a massive 12-seater dining room table. The dining room flows into the stunning open-plan kitchen. Separate scullery with a second stove, (gas), great for catering or if you don't want to make a mess in the main kitchen.
While walking upstairs, you have the most beautiful staircase, with lots of windows that bring so much natural light into the house.
Upstairs, you have a landing with balustrades in the middle where you can actually see downstairs, this allows for ample natural light to enter the downstairs living areas. On this landing, you have a pajama lounge, a study nook, as well as a reading nook.

As you may have noticed in the past, I/we always try to pick a starting and finishing spot for the videos which are “wow moments” (ie entrance & garden).

Stunning master piece... Just a suggestion, can we get Marrusia to do the house Tours as she goes into a bit more detail and doesn't leave anything out makes one feel as if you are there touring the property.

I hear you - agents in SA are rather funny. They don’t like other agents through the house as “they have the mandate”, which limits what I can do.
Marussia does a lot of home tours with me as she’s a top agent with new properties coming onto her books in a daily/weekly basis. I don’t always have access to her - so I need to make a choice - either don’t do the tour, or do it but with a “non-Marussia”.
I enjoyed touring with Joelle - I know she’s not Marussia, but I thought she did very well for her first time. It’ll only get better as we get feedback from viewers such as yourself - thank you 🤗

Omg I'm gonna sell my heart to buy one of these. I really think this house is fabulous, they are so right about the pool. The manner in which it is designed makes it impossible for the onlooker to look away. The fact that this house is glass it is bonus, it's like from every room u can still admire the pool. Overall the design n layout is so good, very spacious but I feel like homeowners can still do so much with that space. This house is so balanced, I absolutely loved the main bedrooms' bathroom, I've always loved the idea of bathing outside, the exterior extended bathroom n shower glass in my opinion gives off that illusion

It is stunning It but it would appear to have a couple of drawbacks ..... Nowhere does one mention backup power which in today's load shedding environment would be the first priority when buying houses in this price range..would appear that there is an open piece of land next door. so someone will be building their house next to you. Having said that it is a well made video as usual and the house is very nice
