It's funny I can't think of a number to place this one on yet When I see the inside of some of the homes and see the bedrooms and I don't see a wall apace for televisions to be placed but wardrobe closets where a TV could go I get a little disappointed But then I say I guess that's the way the builder designed it otherwise the homes are great😀

The house Is beautiful, love the garden, massive stand...depending on the number of tours that are gonna be done this year I would rank this number last to be honest.. As always X thanks for the tour ❤

Much better than the original video that Baroque did on their own.Sad to see no garages shown. Notwithstanding, if i were in the market for a Copperleaf house I would definitely put this in my top 3 .

Oftentimes, I notice that it’ll have big open plan entertainment areas but ppl don’t give themselves enough space in the MAIN BEDROOM (SUITE), coming up with lotsa excuses why it’s rather small.
This one definitely checks that box. I can totally see myself waking up on that balcony! Or late night chillaxing🥰
My personal opinion.
I have a really big question mark over the house.From the different photos and videos available,the house is impressive.Pricewise...it is within the average for Copperleaf, so one would assume that it should sell.Yet ,unless some typos have occurred PG have tried selling this since 2021 and Baker since 2022.So ok where are the dead bodies???
@redinza Very fair question. One that I can’t answer in this particular case.
What I do know over the 13+ yrs as an agent is that it almost always comes down to price.
If sellers vehemently refuse to lower their asking price, and/or consider lower-than-full-asking price offers, you end up with these gorgeous seemingly not wanted properties sitting on the market for years.
My 2 cents.
There are some possibilities It is not North Facing another maybe that piece of empty land on the side which maybe is big enough for another house or maybe it is a through passageway for Copperleaf gardeners.Not on the Golf course could be another reason. Also as your question where most said style could be another . Could be what is in the big freezer too😅! The fact that is has 4 beds with 3 baths + one with a shower and from what I can see the mes and the third bedroom upstairs are big enough. One of the kids would love a bedroom with its own store room!! The study add a sleeper couch and you have an overnight bed All for 8 mill and in a cul de sac looking towards the golf course.Gets my vote over the 3 bed one I love in Copperleaf!

Another stunning home I❤it But are there any other homes in the area? I love it when I see other homes across the area and on either side I know some ppl love secluded areas and that's their perrogative I like my privacy too but I just don't like being the only person so far out w no neihbors I love❤❤❤the homes you showcase though KEEP it up my favorite homes how in SA Xavier & hosts Thank you

I always try to omit neighbors from the shoot - check the nextdoor roof at 04:35 and the other neighbors garden at 04:44.
This one isn’t located in a cul-de-sac but on a sideways road. All built area. Just soooo nice and quiet. Loving it 🤗
