Do you recall me doing a tour here with Marussia when it was empty? It reminded me as I just published that one in Waterkloof which we re-did and it's fascinating the difference unfurnished vs furnished can make in the overall impression!
What an absolute stunner that is. I'm certain that it's awe inspiring when experienced live. That staircase is majestic and it's an amazing backdrop for the whole house. The furnishings are out of this world!! Lubona did well even though she missed some of the features but it's understandable and I believe she will come alright given opportunities. The cinematography was OUTSTANDING, nothing shot of spectacular as well as the camera work!

But I’m afraid every property comes with its respective listing agent and unfortunately, in majority of the time, that’s not Marussia.
So, I have a choice:
(1) either do one tour with Marussia per month,
(2) or 4-8 tours per month with non-Marussia agents 🤔
