Pretoria stays winning with houses being priced fairly. If this house was in Joburg it would cost R35M even though Joburg barely has breathtaking views
Certain areas offer gorgeous views in Joburg, just as certain areas in PTA do. I’ll need to do some more research to find stunning properties in PTA to tour🤗

I love the Golf course view, the pool is lovely, that one powder room has storage which I like so much, sitting room decor not for me, doesn't look cosy and homey for me. Great the house is situated near highways, easy acces to travelling. Dining room I don't like glass table, would get a wooden one for me. High ceilings and natural light I love it so much.

Well done, Xavier. There is a lot of time invested in this production which is equally impressive to the superlative house. If you are doing this mostly on your own then, it is incredible work ethic.
The knowledge that you and your team have, is undeniable and I truly appreciate that you showcase the architects intent first before the clients wants or needs. This respect for the artist is important and will get the buyer it deserves.
If I can make a suggestion, consider employing a professional crew for videography, editing and CZcams campaigns. It will be some outlay but it will not only save you time but will place your pitch high in the international market. These homes are bargains for the wealthy but you are not reaching them.

Things money can buy , this is wonderful, perfect i like this style 😻 , i have been looking for architecture who can make a plan for me like this just cheep 1 not exactly like this but something similar i dont have millions i only have 20k for a plan then i wont be in a hurry to build i want a plan . Overall this is magnificent ❤❤
