I would like to apologize because of the GPS was not working on the beginning of the video. Thanks for understanding.
@Ben Chuft certainly :D
Didn't stop me enjoying this video.
@James Friery I am glad for that.
@Ben Chuft can you imagine black screen with the Speed indicator in the left corner......
And here I thought it might be banned in Slovenja.
As lots of people have commented this is such a TIDY railway - everything looks new and fresh - a wonderful sight! Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it. They are renovating the lines just now, making double track.
A nice short journey today. Pleasing scenery, as always, and very tidy stations.
Glad you enjoyed it
Thanks to your colleagues for pushing my lokomotive back in the 15kv zone in Spielfeld ;)
Very nice video :). My grandparents live in this house at 5:24. It's always mesmerizing listening to trains fly past here. Fun fact- back in the day, this used to be a house for railways track operators and the white building used to be a station for railroad switch operator :)
@SilerMiha Thank you for this info about the former use of the buildings. Very nice place.
Prekrasan video...pozdrav iz Zagreba
@Tomislav Anić hvala vam za komentar.
train video in 60fps is a good video ! 🙃
@Pc Wifi Thanks!
Maribor-Ljubljana took 4 hours, for 150 km.......like year 1800
Bel video, complimenti! 👏👏
@bruno68berretta53 grazie.
Ein sehr gutes video kenn gut die strecke
@Hans Richard Nöhrer danke. It is nice to see the cab ride, especially if you know the route, because it gives you a different perspective.
Nice video😉👍
Thanks 😁
Good infrastructure but I notice a lack of information screens ar stations, even Maribor. Surely a must these days!
Installation of info. displays is (slowly) in progress throughout Slovenia, especially on renovated railtracks.
It´s an ongoing project: All railway stations on the line Šentilj - Maribor - Ljubljana will receive information screens in the following years (section Šentilj - Maribor - Celje - Zidani Most in 2023).
I really enjoy seeing all the new and tidy infrastructure on the beautiful Slovenian countryside, it's so refreshing. Also cool that they are working to double the tracks on this line!
16:57 interesting to see the point where the signalling system changes to the Austrian one, I guess the border is nearby.
Keep up the good content!!
Spielfeld is Austria
@osasunaitor Thank you. I find the crossing of the boarder very interesting too.
Fine!
@Földi Tullner thank you!
Nice journey. However I spot a missed opportunity here... SZ should have ordered some of their Stadler units as dual-voltage vehicles. By this means SZ and OBB could have pooled the Graz-Maribor run, with OBB trains running as far as Ruse and Zidani Most.
@Nicholas Burman Great point.
All new SŽ Stadlers Flirt EMUs are multi-system, they will also be able to drive to Austria and Croatia (testing has already taken place in both countries). It has been mentioned several times that SŽ are interested in driving Stadler Flirts to Villach, Graz, Rijeka and Zagreb.

@Michel Kotski thank you!
Assistir Rail Relaxation em: 18/10/2022, ás 11:06 minutos, Terça-Feira, estado de Pernambuco-Brazil. Vamos, agora, da Slovenian a Austria. Boa viajem a todos.
@marcos antonio obrigado por assistir. Espero que tinha boa viagem.
I'm a relative new-comer to your channel and it's terrific! The views are remarkably clear. Are the cameras typically mounted on the outside of the train? I never see any windshield artifacts (bugs, raindrops, etc.). I'm really enjoying this content; keep up the great work!
@Jonah Bishop thank you! Yes, I mount the camera outside of the windshield.
Nice video it's my birthday tomorrow
Happy birthday 🎁
@@RailRelaxation Thank you
@@adamblunsdon7784 Happy Birthday to you and all the best wishes, regards from Germany.
Was it just me or did there not appear to be any passengers waiting to board or leave the train on both the outbound and inbound journey?
@David Dearden the video was filmed during the weekend.
What camera/GPS combination do you use?
@Jeffrey Donnelly I use Go Pro 10 camera and GPS info from the camera.
Is there any signalbook available from SZ? I would like to understand how they work. Maybe you have something to share there?
@Ohridalbo There are Rules on railway signalling-safety devices that is (only in Slovene language) available on the site: www.pisrs.si/Pis.web/pregledPredpisa?id=PRAV9360#. Maybe that can help...
Pokrajina z voznikovega sedeža je čudovita. Počutil sem se, kot da potujem. Hvala vam.
@zomorrow there are ongoing works on that line just now. It should be finished until the end of the 2023.
Ist das der neue Zug von Konćar?
@tomdan5926 No, it is Siemens.
Haben die Slowenischen Züge keine PZB Überwachung?
Of course they have PZB. On the recording, you can hear the confirmation beep of the 1000hz balise on the signals.
Alles schön und gut ,aber der Ton ist manchmal zu leise 👍👍👍👍👍sonst alles gut
@Rockabilli thank you!
Ich kann kein Englisch ,bitte auch in Deutsch übersetzen
@@rockabilli3058 Danke!
kaj če dobi nova proga Maribor - Šentilj dva tira?
@Patrik Hergula trenutno potekajo dela. Upajmo, da do konca leta 2023.
@@RailRelaxation hvala za odgovor
Es heißt Marburg
@Felix Spv Marburg is a town in Germany..
@@RailRelaxation Marburg has been an Austrian City in southern Styria, but because of the end of world war 1, Marburg became a slovenian city, which wasn‘t good because the majority of the population was ethnicly German that time. Now the city is more known as Maribor, because there‘s also a town in Germany called Marburg.
@@felixsp958 well, Klagenfurt is in reality Celovec, Villach is Beljak, etc., this whole area was populated in the past with Slovenians. Which language is written on stones that were used during enthronement of princes, slovenian or german? Hell, even Munchen has Slovenian name (Monakovo) which have the same meaning and until 12st century villages around Muenchen also spoke slovenian (early). But nobody is thinking on that because it's pointless. All nations on this area are old (Slovenia was part of Austria cca 500 years and before Salzburg for example) and pretty much blended. So, its Maribor as it is Klagenfurt, Villach, etc.,...
