- In this video you can enjoy the cab ride - train driver's view on Drava Valley Railway (Drautalbahn) between Spittal-Millstättersee and Lienz in 4K/60 frames per second.
This journey leads us along the Drava Valley Railway. The Drava Valley Railway (German: Drautalbahn) is an east-west railway running along the Drava. It runs from Maribor (where it connects with the Spielfeld-Straß-Trieste railway, formerly part of the old Southern Railway-Südbahn) to Innichen, where it merges into the Puster Valley Railway (German: Pustertalbahn; Italian: Ferrovia della Val Pusteria) to Franzensfeste (Fortezza). It starts in northern Slovenia, crosses Carinthia and East Tyrol and ends in South Tyrol. The Klagenfurt-Bleiburg section has been rebuilt as part of the Koralm Railway, which follows the Jaun Valley Railway (Jauntalbahn) from Bleiburg. Like the rest of the line in Slovenia, this section of the line has one track and is unelectrified.
The line now called the Drava Valley Railway consists of the Carinthian Railway (Maribor-Villach), the original Drava Valley Railway (Villach-Lienz) and the eastern part of the original Puster Valley Railway (which extended from Lienz to Franzensfeste). It received its current name as a result of the division of the Puster Valley Railway into an Austrian and an Italian part after 1918.

The video is very beautiful, the description is interesting. There is one wish: in the picture that acts as a screensaver (preview), please change the color of the lower red field. This field merges with the red youtube bar informing you about watching each of the videos. As a result, it is difficult to figure out which videos have been viewed and which have not.

Aber ein paar Korrekturen in den Inserts sind schon erforderlich und der Korrektheit geschuldet:
00:49: Der Bahnhof heißt "SPITTAL-MILLSTÄTTERSEE" (nicht "Spittal-Millstätter See"), die Stadt wird auch "Spittal an der Drau" genannt
02:06: Korrect: "ON TAUERN RAILWAY (ÖBB-TAUERNBAHN)"
08:15: Hier fehlt der Hinweis auf die Trennung der Strecken: "↑ ÖBB-DRAUTALBAHN TO LIENZ /SILLIAN ↑
ÖBB-TAUERNBAHN TO SCHWARZACH-ST.VEIT / SALZBURG ->"
41:26: Korrekt: "TOBELBACH STREAM", nicht "DOBLBACH STREAM"
46:17: Ich würde es auch auf Deutsch schreiben (wir sind in Österreich): "INNER AUSTRIAN BORDER CARINTHIA/TYROL (KÄRNTEN/TIROL)"
49:13: Das ist ein grober Fehler: "TOLBACH" gibt es nicht, es hieße "TOBLACH/DOBBIACO". Aber Toblach ist weit entfernt (ca 60 km), das Insert gehört gelöscht.

Very nice. Interesting route, unfortunately the weather is not as good as it could be.
But a few corrections in the inserts are unavoidable and are necessary for correctness:
00:49: The train station is called "SPITTAL-MILLSTÄTTERSEE" (not "Spittal-Millstätter See"), the town is also called "Spittal an der Drau".
02:06: Correct: "ON TAUERN RAILWAY (ÖBB-TAUERNBAHN)"
08:15: The reference to the separation of the routes is missing here: "↑ ÖBB-DRAUTALBAHN TO LIENZ / SILLIAN ↑
ÖBB-TAUERNBAHN TO SCHWARZACH-ST.VEIT / SALZBURG ->"
41:26: Correct: "TOBELBACH STREAM", not "DOBLBACH STREAM"
46:17: I would also write it in German (we are in Austria): "INNER AUSTRIAN BORDER CARINTHIA/TYROL (KÄRNTEN/TIROL)"

Der Hinweis auf den Drauradweg beinhaltet die Angabe des Ausgangsortes und des Zielortes. Das wird auch so beworben, mit "Von den Dolomiten [bis] in die Weite Pannoniens." Weshalb sollte dieses Insert gelöscht werden?

I will never understand why train stations in Austria are in the middle of nowhere, while train stations in Switzerland are basically always in the very city center
and then politicians wonder why nobody is taking the train, when you first have to DRIVE to the stations
is the train slowing down around 32:30 to look if there are any passengers and then just speed-up when the driver couldn't see any? oO
