Brad gives off so many signals he's uncomfortable or insecure talking to pro fighters. He acts like being a body builder is enough to destroy a fighter. His ego damaged "I love it, I love it" when he gets told by pro fighters "yeah I'd destroy you" he looks away shifts every anchor point and gets obviously defensive. There's a high number if builder's who lift to feel better about themselves and never feel it no matter how big they get. Then there's Brad and guys like him who are ego maniacs. Everything he says is backhanded and in some way talking down to who he's addressing. Charater or not he made the character, and he's too comfortable in its skin for my taste. I hate the guys vibe, it's off.

I love Izzy but I do have a hard time accepting anything he says as 100% accurate because he often has very embellished interpretations of events due to his own ego or emotional input.

Bradley is clearly a very insecure person too, but in other ways than izzy. I think he's aware of his own meme at this point and leans into it for clout to some degree
@514Exc yeah well izzy is very accomplished as an athlete, so when he gets egotistical about his own accomplishments, it's not as weird. It's when he starts thinking that everyone is always focused on him or sending subliminal messages and intentions in what they do, getting too invested in the "story" narrative that he's contriving for himself. He loves romance and lyricism. It's a big part of his promotionship, but also his personality. And when that program starts firing in his brain, he can start to miscalculate greatly what people around him are trying to do, like what might be happening in this case. He's also very defensively minded from being bullied as a kid IMO. I think it plays a big role in his psychology
