Central California homeowner loses appeal against city over branch-related car damages

A homeowner took the City of Fresno, Ca to small claims court and won after a branch from a city tree landed on their car, but the city appealed and ended up victorious.

Unacceptable. The City of Fresno should've quit cajoling around and paid Evelyn the 5,500.00. It was a City of Fresno tree that damaged her car. Not from a tree on her on property.
