    i did a 10 minute “bubble butt” workout, which i personally do all the time (each set is 30 seconds). this is a FOLLOW ALONG workout, so make sure you have a mat and water with you! if you are looking for an even MORE intense workout, do this 3+ times. for best results, repeat multiple times weekly. i hope y'all enjoyed:)

      Just because it “burns” doesn’t mean it’s growing muscle. Your glutes will become more plump yes but you’re only gonna grow your muscles through progressive overload and being in a caloric surplus. She clearly has good genetics, and isn’t getting full range of motion needed to efficiently build muscle.

    let me tell y’all, THIS WORKOUT WORKS WONDERS😫!! The burn is amazing, I’ve been doing this workout for 2 weeks, and let me tell you guys, the burn is totally worth it. It sculpts your glutes and quads so well and gives that definition to your legs! It’s so so worth it, keep pushing❤️

      @@iyanna3709 Okay hi so basically, I did the workout one day, and rested the next day, this technique helps prevent muscle pain and promotes glute growth. I only do this workout once, because too much exertion can be harmful and can cause muscle tearing.
      Be sure to take some protein before and after the workouts.
      Stretch your quads and hamstrings before and after the workout, so your muscles dont tighten up, like mine did :P

      @La Lobita do it monday rest tuesday and then do it wednesday then rest thursday then do it friday and you can skip saturday and sunday or do it if you’d like but you should only work out 3-5 days a week!! and do the work out once for the days you do it

    I’ve been doing this workout twice a day, 3/4 times a week for about two and a half weeks and my butttttt grew a looooot, you can really tell something changed!       @@kirtiii1402im 17 and i weigh 50 kg/110 lbs. Ive been doing this workout for over 6 months now, the results are insane. They do thicken my thighs and butt too, i eat over 120 g of protein a day and 9+ cups of water and lots of fruits and veggies included, i run everyday for 20 minutes. I used to go to a gym but it was too far and this workout works same as going gym if u stay consistent.

    As a guy working on sculpting his glutes for show and tell, I must say this is so amazing. My legs are shaking from the raw intensity this workout provided and I STRONGLY reccomend yall push yourselves cause it's gonna pay off! Ima do this as consistently as my body will allow and then work with weights and get some thunderous legs and a butt that'll shake the ground underneath me when I walk 😂

    plz remember you have to have a lot of protein, use weights and do the exercises properly to work. she has a beautiful body but we don't know if this is truly why her body is this nice, a lot of it is genetics.

    OMG let me tell you! I’ve been doing this workout since she uploaded it and let me tell you it works!! I do this workout every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. I skip 2 days in a row. BUT out of those 3 days 2 days I do this workout And use weights after this video so it’s like a warmup. On 1 of those 3 days I do this workout 3 times! And trust me in just 2 weeks I went from 40 inches to 41 and a half inches. DO IT!!!!

    Hi! 2 months and 2 weeks until summer and I’m desparate for a change in my body. So I’m going to start doing this EVERY OTHER DAY for two months and I will update every single day. This time i promise I’m going to stick to this.
    Day 1: Did twice!✅
    Day 2: rest!
    Day 3: Did twice!✅ (my thighs are so sore omg)
    Day 4: rest!
    Day 5: I was on a trip to sweden with my friends the whole day so couldn’t do it but i will do it tommorow
    Day 6: did twice!✅
    Day 7: did once!✅ (got so much easier but didn’t have time to do it more than once)
    Day 8: rest!
    Day 9: Unfortunately i got sick so i had to skip:(
    Day 10: Still quite sick
    Day 11: got high fever
    Day 12: still sick (im so mad)
    Day 13: Finally recovered!✅ (Did only once though since i was just sick)
    Day: 14: rest!

    Day 19: Had a sleepover so had to skip

    Day 24: I arrived at home so late that i had to skip

    I’ve been doing this workout for two months now every single day and if I’m going to be honest I only see changes that I can actually notice a little over a month. You need to be consistent with this workout in order to be able to notice changes otherwise you’ll be burnt out and tired of doing it. Don’t stop doing it because I promise it works.

    thigh size starting 17 inch
    day 1: ✅ my legs were SHAKING!
    day 2: 🚫 was busy and unable to exercise..
    day 3: ✅ burned so bad!
    day 4: ✅ burned bad again and i kept losing balance in the first few exercises
    day 5: 🚫 break day! my legs burned so bad!!

    one week mark! i feel like my thighs are a little bigger.. maybe i’m delusional..

    Been doing this with 2kg leg weights on each leg and oh my God, the RESULTS 😀😀 Definitely great at shaping my legs, and want to say its a great Cardiovascular and strength workout all in one 💪 I still do another one after this for my bum as i am aiming to grow it even bigger so I am pushing myself.
    This is great for toning the legs and bum, and I do see results with it so am continuing 😀

    Just a tip for future reference, because I would love to come back and do this workout with you, but the way the video is set up, I have to keep pausing and rewinding because idk what’s coming next and there’s not even 5 seconds in between each one to even think about what I’m doing next.     I’m gonna update once every few days ‼️Started June 13th 2021’ >
    Day 3 (june 15th) : I skipped the workout yesterday but I feel like it’s going to work because I can feel the burn :) I’ve also been drinking protein shakes once a day to improve results . I also added weights for the squating exercises . I ordered resistance bands for the floor exercises so when they arrive soon I’ll include them in my workout :) In conclusion I LOVE THIS WORKOUT ❕
    Day 8 ( June 20th) : I’ve been busy.
    Day 11 ( June 23rd ) : extremely mentally drained

    I started this 3 days ago...
    Day 1: ✅️ I did this and couldn't do the leg circles, I was getting breathless throughout but was able to finish. I don't do the breaks. Also, my legs felt like noodles after
    Day 2: ✅️ my legs, my glutes were sore, and I was struggling to walk. I did the workout nevertheless and completed it. I did struggle on some because of the pain. I was also breathless haha
    Day 3: ✅️ my legs and glutes are still sore, but when doing the workout 2 minutes in it didn't feel like the pain felt like my muscles were getting stronger still can't really do legs circles but I try.
    Day 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9: ❌️ I got symptoms of covid but turns out it was just the flu, I didn't have any energy and haven't worked out since this day cause I've been sick... I'll start again today cause I'm determined to keep yall updated.
    2 MONTHS LATER!!
    Day 1: I struggled a little, I worked up quite a sweat. I couldn't the leg circles.
    Day 2: I struggled but I was able to do the whole thing, I don't rest. My body doesn't hurt.
    Day 3: I was struggling to complete the lunges but I did them alright. I finally did leg circles so happy but when I was doing donkey kicks and the one after my right leg was getting cramped up by the thigh so it was hard otherwise I feel the burn and my arms are sore but I feel my thighs getting tighter.
    Day 4: I got tired really quickly but was able to all besides the leg circles.
    Day 5: rest

    day 1💯: it was really hard and i was reaaally struggling so i finished like half the workout
    day 2💯: i felt my glutes burning today!! today i did the whole workout im really proud of myself!! but i still didn’t finish all of the sets properly because i’m still struggling
    day 3💯: i died😀😀 still didn’t do everything properly but i almost gave up but i kept going so i still finished the video!! no results yet btw :)
    day 4❌: today i’m taking a break🥰 i’m going to let my muscles rest :) i still feel em tho!!
    day 5💯: i did it😁😁 not gonna lie i was reaaally struggling and i still find it very hard to finish all of the sets, but i still did it ☺️ this might be the reason i don’t see any results yet tho, because i don’t do everything correctly

    You guys this is perfect for glute activation but in order to grow your glutes you have to arrange your diet( eat enough protein) and lift heavy like sumo deadlifts/back squats/hip thrusts etc

    by far the best workout routine, i’ve done this workout at least 3x a week and i would drink protein shakes after i workout. after a month of following this workout routine i’ve seen great results and i noticed that my butt got bigger and i gained a lot of confidence but then i stopped so my body got back to its regular form:’(

    This was way harder than I thought it was gonna be. I didn’t expect that much burn in my thighs. I’m gonna push through though and try to update when I finish which will be in about a week. I’m not changing my diet but I do have other exercises I’m doing like ones for a smaller waist and wider hips. Reply or like to remind me :)
    Update 1: Ok I’ve done it for 4 days as of today. I skipped one day because I just wasn’t feeling up for it but it’s getting a bit easier. I never had super deep hip dips but my hips just overall look more filled in and idk my thighs just hit different. I don’t know if they are more toned or what all I know is that they look good! But yeah I’ll update more in a few days and say how things are coming along.
    Quick Update 2: I lied when I said it was getting easier lol. The burn is crazy but I’m getting better at holding out until the breaks. I feel a lot stronger and again my hips just look more filled out. Like I wore some jeans yesterday to go the library and my body was definitely more hourglass. Usually I looked pretty boxy(not that I mined it I liked how my body was before and I like it now as well) in my jeans but now it looks more curvy only slightly though. I’m going to continue on and let you guys know again how it goes.
    Update 3: I was gonna skip today and just do cardio dances but I looked in the mirror and MY BUTT LOOKS SO GOOD. It’s rounder and just looks overall more nice. I’m still relatively small but it looks so nice despite me being skinny. I’m really happy with it. I’m going to keep doing these exercises for a bit but they definitely work and this was only like 7-10 days. My hips again also look wider I still have some hip dips but I’ve never minded them so I’m not too worried about it.

    so I'm always switching workouts because if I do one for to long it gets a bit boring, and under every video were comments saying " omg this is AMAZING!! i'm in LOVE" and I was moe like yeah its fine and stuff but THIS ONE. Im not lying yesterday evening trough out the video I was like yeah this is just like others didn't feel to hard, but this morning when I woke up I was so sore like what. so I did it again this morning and it was a lot harder because I was so sore, but planning on doing it again in the evening :) I just know already that this is going to be soo worth it!

    DAY 2 : was tricky, but my bum was burning up i also figured out to eat nuts beacause it helps grow your glutes.
    DAY 3 : easier surprisingly, my bum still is SWEATING, GLUTES, ARE GROWING ALOT.
    DAY 4 : i was really tierd so i skipped yesterday 😞
    DAY 5 : very easy! were almost done with week 1

    Day 1: my legs feel like noodles- this workout is definitely gonna work.. the beginning of it really killed me ahh
    Day 2: sheesh that hurt
    Day 3: oh my god I had to take a break- my legs kept giving out on me and were really sore it hurt to walk

    As a naturaly skinny girl this help a lot for what I am going for its not easy for me to gain fat so i can put the fat in the right place so i been doing this work out for a week and even during the summer i will keep on doing it till it feels right to stop but these results are resulting!!!tysm❤

      Yas Hoe I’ve been doing this workout for a couple weeks now and i don’t really think it helps with your stomach. If you want a really good wait/ stomach workout I recommend Vicky justiz’s 5 minute waist workout. I already had an hourglass figure but it made my wait even more hourglass and toned! And I saw results just after a couple days :)

      @@h1hna367 yess vicky justiz's workout does help a lot. i actually stopped doing this workout cause i stopped seeing results lol. now i do: daisy keech's quarantine bubble butt workout , vicky justin's tiny waist ab workout, daisy keech's hourglass ab workout, and 5 minute butt and thigh workout from fitness blender. all of these i saw results really quickly highly recommend :) also i do all of these everyday and it takes me about 35-40 mins
