Your daily commute oddly reminds me of the Apollo 13 mission. Way to go.
Loveland we have a problem.
Good job, I like your out-of-the-box solution. Keep alive the beast as long as you can.
Nice bike cache!
I'd like to see a ride / review of each one 😎
Don't take this the wrong way, but that is the most hillbilly shit I have every seen. LOL
Hardly, i'm just using a big battery to power the electrics.
Good job 😂
Over 117,000 miles and still going strong, headlight is now LED, bike will do over 250 miles on a single charge as long as it's not too cold.
Chuck the 28amp alternator, install a 40amp air cooled alt end of story.
Maybe put a little solar charger on top of the topbox? interested to hear how long you keep it going!
I thought about that but in the end I just plug it into the trickle charger each night, which doesn't quite charge it all the way but it will fully charge over the weekend cos I don't ride it then. I tend not to ride it on GSXR Friday either.
can't use a car alternator like people do with old goldwings?
Nowhere to put it
It´s a solution, poor, but maybe valid for small voyages
