The Brazil ending is thought to be named after a movie from the 80s where the protagonist thinks he's won but he's actually being mind controlled and hallucinating or something like that
He was mentally tortured until he went insane and in his broken mind he imagined his friends had come to save him and they all rode off happily into the sunset.
In reality his friends DID come to save him but he was already too far gone when they got there, living in his own happy fantasy world as a coping mechanism from the torture.
either that or its a reference to the meme of "YOU ARE GOING TO BRAZIL" as if its worse than hell itself
That could be why Cassie hallucinates her and gregory being okay. Imagining that she escaped to a beautiful place up on a hill.

If FNAF Security Breach originally took around 3 minutes to beat while speed running, then that means you could have beaten FNAF Security Breach around 9 times before the world record speedrun for FNAF Ruin finished once.

It's called the Brazil ending as a reference to the movie Brazil because it's an unrealistically happy ending that's probably all in her head like the false ending for the movie Brazil.
5:27 The wall there actually creates a thin line that you can run along that removes the need to jump and risk falling even further out of bounds, its probably like a few milliseconds quicker than the jump as well haha

@@TetraBitGaming that skip went through so many iterations when we were all working on it that I'm not surprised it's a bit messy with specifics like that, I has happy to see the end half was correct though with the barrels cause so many people made and follow worse methods haha

Wow this game has a lot of false alarm jump scares! FNAF hasn't really been known for them as, even the ones that don't kill you are there to warn you "hey! You're gonna die if you don't do something." The only true "false alarm" I can think of is the glitch screen in FNAF1?
There's this bug in ruin that keeps happening to me and it completely ruins my whole game. Sometimes big chunks of the floor will be missing and there's absolutely no way to avoid it every time I just fall through the map. I really hope steel wool patches it up.
If I could choose a superpower it would be the power of speedrunning gaming, specifically doing it like in Security Breach. That might not make any sense, but if I could outrun areas loading in I could run through walls or maybe fall through the floor. In security Breach you can pick things up and change the time? Time travel. Maybe I'd get a Freddy and do Freddy warps or something like that

I find it so funny that everyone and I mean EVERYONE assumes the radioactive barrels are REAL and not just silly props. Sure it doesn't fit anywhere in the pizzaplex, but I highly doubt the fazbear company would actually put real radioactive barrels inside their pizzaplex.

nice video tetra! fun fact: i found that skip after the daycare to go straight to the theather and in the vent
Being a speedrunner of this game myself, I can confirm that there's now a way to skip the two nodes in Monty Golf at 6:11 and both of the nodes at 7:32. However, the skip at 15:05 no longer works, so you have to use a weird series of jumps. There's also now a faster route for Fazer Blast and chapter 6. Love this run, it's absolutely insane
I'm pretty sure if you look up while exiting a ladder, instead of dropping you infront of it, you'll go above it which is why you fall down the first time. If you look forward while getting off, it should drop you in the right place

A tip for security nodes: Only use the mask when doing a node, because taking the mask on and off before M.X.E.S spawns will reset its spawn timer
The ladder thing happened to me to, just don't look up too far and you shouldn't fall off

Speedrunning instructions for this game are like "jump here, walk along here, take off the mask, jump, mask, walk, jump, jump, mask, walk, mask"
It funny how this gets posted after the new patch comes out which stops like a lot of the glitches

From a design perspective, they probably could have cut down on the exploitability of the mask by taking a page out of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and forcing the player back if putting the mask on/taking it off would lead to an illegal position for the player. It’s not foolproof (see speedruns of that game), but it would probably cut down on issues.

I just realised.. Why is there more of the Pizza Place if the place was meant to be attached together?
Unless perhaps they built the rest of the area, but it wouldn't explain why Candy Cadet is so far away and in part of the ruined location if it should be all together.

this run kinda encapsulates my issues with speedrunning. 95% of it is out of bounds and glitches instead of, playing the game. requires downpatching which is just as invalid imo. and you used fullbright which I really don't think should be allowed either. but that's just my opinion on the whole thing.
also the attitude that speedrunners often have about games is really bizarre, "it's unfortunate they patched the glitches out of this game!" and "this game is so glitchy it was made by infants" are things I've heard the same speedrunners say about their game, in the same run.
You are aware glitchless speedrun categories exist, right? Lol
