no they can not grab any of them - the largest are carbos, modded griffins and argents this is the old page there is no new one but you can basically say everything lower or equal 210 on this page can be grabbed ark.fandom.com/wiki/Drag_Weight

Yes you should be able to find it without the mods but if you are singleplayer you probably need to wipe out the ocean dinos because the ocean needs a lot of time to spawn new dinos because they do not kill each other. Have you tried that ? Where did you find the saddle?
@@realdodofrodo I got the saddle in engrams page and built it did Dino wipe after swimming around entire island. But got off cause it was late gonna check again now Edit: checked and still can’t seem to find any Edit 2: I have finally found two managed to tame 1. Thanks for the help

Mo it does not stack but basically as long as bleeding is applied your Xiph deals more damage to all targets

They cannot pick riders off water mounts in the classic way but they can grab some water mounts like the Ichty, Manta, ...
