- Here's a full showcase of the 13 NEW creatures releasing for ARK: Survival Ascended this year! There is a LOT of new dinosaurs and creatures coming soon after recently announcing that 10 New ARK additions creatures will be officially launching for ASA which means they will now become part of the base game, it's all exciting stuff! Some of these creatures and dinos will no doubt receive respective nerfs and buffs upon release but hopefully their abilities and attacks will stay true and creature metas can be shaken up a little bit.

i wonder, if they'll add the savage acro. also, i won't be expecting the king titan in extinction, i hope rockwell comes back. filling in the plot hole between extinction and genesis.
If Wildcard doesn't nerf the Additions too badly, that means the following:
1) The Brachi will essentially be "Titanosaur-Lite" with the added benefit of having a fear roar that makes Gigas flee.
2) Brachi, Acro, and Deinotherium will all be popular raiding creatures on official
3) Underwater Bases now have to fear dealing with Deinosuchus and raiders using the much faster and tankier Archelon to soak turrets instead of Carbonemys.
4) Xiphactinus are gonna be the bane of everyones existence underwater
5) Daeodon gonna get powercrept by Cerato
6) Helicorpion is gonna be OP if it keeps its ability of turning items into blueprints and is gonna be a highly valued tame on official servers.
It's going to be interesting to see how they all settle into the game because yeah some are very strong at the moment XD

Helicorpion turns items into bps? That’s the best addition to the game since removing movement speed.
No lie 4 people on the back with a fully mutated tanky one you just swim from under and go vertical basically having a shield to hide behind then xiphactinus rush underwater turret walls like people do with terror birds
They already said they were nerfing/tweaking most of them

They better TCL the Rex and Giga. Giga should be king and Rex should be more terrifying than all other carnivores, not outclassed by modded dinos.
Yh the Rex defo needs something new however it’s raw stats in health and melee will always make it a good boss dino I think the roar actually doing something now would be nice maybe even just a damage increase, giga is already OP enough imo but would be nice to see a change.
The rex is the main boss dinos, what new dinos are boss dinos besides cera?

I agree, would love to see the Rex have some sort of extra ability or something, not sure what though XD It's hard to really say how it will compare to the Acro for example, as of now I don't think a Rex could even get a hit on it so i'm sure the stronger creatures from the mod will get changed to balance things out!
Since they already add mods to the main game, the paleo ark reworks might come as well. They are the only ones with Garuga that add creatures that look exactly like they belong in the game

Comment from the future. From what I’ve seen, they put the sub on the underside of the Dino, looking almost like an underwater cable car. That is to say, it looks extremely unnatural

Both the Conco and Cryolo look so incredible design wise and defiantly my favorites (though I do love my cute n precious chonky mcthick Cerato). Can’t wait until they come to the base game in ASA
In ASE the magickarp aka the Xip grab attack also applies bleed after you double tap and you can grab a land Dino or flying Dino and bring it under water depending on the size

The maps that qualify as the best are fjordor and lost island because of the sheer variety that they give you. Aberration is hands down the hardest map in the game.
A lot of these seem highly OP, ngl, but awesome nonetheless.

Would be cool if they added a tek structure that can convert one kind of material into another as a conversion rate. For example ypu can transform stone into metal Ore at a 10 to 1 conversion ration of stone to metal. Or turn silica pearls into crystal at a 5 to 1 conversion or something. It would make farming even better as now you can recycle your stone byproduct from harvesting metal nodes and turn them into even more metal.
Love that Additions is coming to the game! And they weren't BSing for a change, literally released Ceratosaurus and Xiphactinus a week after announcing it all. Maybe they are turning over a new leaf? lol

now that we're getting the ark addition sauropod, having the dreadnaughtus instead of that faster battle quetzal bird dino that came 2nd is a big shame as they seem fairly similar
You didn’t mention the ice breaker buff that cryolophosaurus gain. Lasts 30 seconds. Activates when a Dino is frozen or unconscious. This buff increases health by 30%, doubles damage, double attack speed and doubles movement speed
Thanks for letting me know, tbh I didn't actually know about that, this was my first time ever using the Cryolophosaurus, so mainly focused on the basics haha. I did notice it gained a lot of movement speed after performing the attack XD

Something that should be added and also changed is the quetz. Idk if the mod that made paleo would ever consider it but its highly wanted by me at least. Its a dino that rarely gets mentioned anymore.

Any news of The Center map? I hope they release the "Official" non story maps for real. I need Crystal Isles and Fjordur in ASA, I can only imagine how beautiful they will be.
It's still scheduled to release at the start of June but we all know what Wildcard are like, i'm expecting at least a week or 2 delay haha! Oh the Center is going to look awesome!! I can't wait!
I didn't have mods in ase and i haven't yet tamed any other than the ceratosaurus so I am very eager to see all of them in the base game.
Yeah it's very exciting, I barely used mods in ASE either!
Doesn't matter what Ark Additions or Studio Wildcard say, the IRL Acrocanthosaurus, and even the real life Giganotosaurus were weaker than the Tyrannosuarus Rex. T Rex was a giant mountain of muscle that had the strongest bite force of any land predator known to exist. It may not have been as long as a Giga, but it almost certainly outweighed it.
I totally agree! I've always hated the fact that the T-Rex in-game is portrayed as the smallest and sadly the weaker of the larger theropods, it's always been very disappointing!

Deinosuchus is my top fav! I can see it happening, me and my dino waiting to ambush the hostile wild dino with the charge Bite attack as my friends snag the infant dino Gigantoraptor.
I hope they add a jaw grip bite to Small-Medium dino. in future updates because it is related to the Alligator + Crocodile family treat Death roll.

I wish they would tlc the sarco especially with the deinosuchus coming. There a lot closer in size than what the game makes them out to be.

Rexes and Gigas are close to the same size, and the same goes for Mosas and Megalodons. But Ark has other plans.

God, i love how theyre adding these to the game.. Ascended feels a bit more involved in the community than Survival Evolved was and i love it. I genuinely cant wait for the Ceratosaurus to be added officially, probably my favorite mod.
Trex should get a bit of a buff. Feels weak next to the three super-predators. The giga, the Carchar, and now the Acro.

Any creatures that get added to official servers will always mean they're added to Single Player too! :)

Yes, all are modded dinos from the Ark additions mod (minus the last 3) which are totally new and will be separately released alongside the next 3 map releases :) and yes all coming to official!
When will all of these release?
Will be spaced out over the year I'm assuming, the Ceratosaurus and Xiphactinus 2 are coming later this month unless they delay them!

Sadly not, the Concavenator and Cryolophosaurus are both recorded in Survival Evolved, they don't even exist in Survival Ascended yet! They will look awesome when they finally do release, i'll have to double check to see if the Acro can go into boss fights, I will let you know!
The Acro can go into boss arenas, yes. As for how effective they are, it depends on wether they're being ridden or not. By default Rexes have better damage. But if you're riding an Acro, then you can have it amped up 24/7 which greatly boosts it's damage and survivability.

it would be great if they made creatures more intelligent. Like raptors hunting you in pacs, for example surrounding their prey. Making larger dinos stronger in proportion to smaller ones. Dinos that were believed to be in groups that they would also be more often in groups.
Yeah that was something I was hoping we would see in ASA but i'm not sure it would ever happen, maybe ARK 2 whenever that ever releases!

They haven't shared that info yet, I do hope they spread them out over the maps, might be a bit unbalanced having them spawn on all maps, I guess we'll see soon enough!

When it comes to concavenator I think they stole the whole idea for the Faso from it and may totally change I also think the cryo will change a bit as well and I see the turtle maybe looking a bit better but staying the same

@@CeratoGamer No worries! Photo mode is your best friend, I use it for almost everything when showcasing the creatures, makes everything a little more cinematic and shows the creatures in the best quality possible :D

No dates sadly, 2 have already been added so far and that was 2 weeks after they got announced so i'm hoping it will be in the near future!

There's around 8 or 9 creatures that can be downloaded from ARK additions in ASA right now! This is where most of the video footages comes from! The ARK additions mod was one of the first mods available on ASA xD

Tbh they are getting better slowly haha, took them like 7 months to release Scorched which is a joke but Center should release at the beginning of June at least!
I must say that I'm super happy to have not bought ASA on realise. It's my dream to one day to play a multi-map gamey in which I need to get all the creatures, and with so many new creatures (between the one from the mods, the season pass, and the players' choise ones) by the time all the maps will be out; I know it's gona be A LOT OF FUN to discover all of this new things. I just hope that the mods creatures will be spread out between maps, because having them all on the island would really throw the ballance of the game out of wack.
I fully agree with you, although i've much enjoyed playing the game and experiencing it all as it comes out slowly, will definitely be very exciting being a latecomer as alot of the bugs in the game are still getting ironed out haha, slow progress but the game is getting there!

Not officially. I don't think they will ever add updates to Survival Evolved any more. These dinos are already part of the game as mods at least!

Maybe you're right with the Helicoprion! I feel like it's the most balanced out of the list! I'm guessing the Ceratosaurus and Xiphantinus are releasing first because they might be the most balanced and they won't have to do all too much with them!

Hey, is it just me or did Wild Card nerf the Spino in Ark Survival Ascended? It's DPS and attack power is slower/lower. If this is a nerf, then this is a pretty bad making Spino mounts useless.
Hello! I'm not sure it's intentional and I haven't played ASE in a long time but yeah ever since ASA released the Spino's slap attack has been the worst attack to use when it comes to DPS and the bite attack is technically better now, massive shame....they did mess up a lot of other creatures abilities and attacks and fixed some of them, I'm hoping the Spino was a mess up and it will get fixed. The Bipedal stance fighting ability was the best thing about the Spino for me and now it's so slow!

They have announced!! I don't do clickbait, Ever. The creator himself has said which creatures are coming to the game, look at the stream in the link if you don't believe me.
He literally shows all the evidence in the intro. Watch Garuga's stream. He literally names all 10 dinos coming from ARK additions near the start of the stream...
I wish they would add a new Dino to all maps not just a few :/

The first 10 creatures are all from the ARK Additions mod and will be officially releasing to the base game over the course of the year, beginning with the Ceratosaurus and Xiphactinus aiming to release later this month! The last 3 creatures are community voted creatures releasing with each map instalment, Shastasaurus with the Center map, Li Ling with the Aberration map and Dreadnoughtus with the Extinction map :)
The Brachio shouldn’t be able to fear a giga…

i think alot of these are way too OP and to be honest i dont see wildcard changing them at all, they didnt do anything at all to the cerat or fish. i like..... some of them but still too OP. i love the braccy for farming.... but its without a doubt broken, i can harvest everything but wood better than the best of each class, even wood it gets TONS, just not as much. but gets it faster... i love it because i done so much gathering i dont care but its OP and is a cheat to have. most of these modded dinos are also OP
I agree, I honestly think they will have to change the OP creatures, No way the Acro, Deinotherium or Brachiosaurus stays that strong...I can't see it haha. Tbh I don't think the Cerato or the fish are overly strong anyway, which is probably why they got released very quickly as they were pretty much good to go in their current state...Only thing I will say about the Cerato is that they need to change its temperament, It aggros to everything including Rexes and other larger predators which is stupid!
@@BEYPlaysGames the cerat is not OP end game, but they are EVERYWERE and are a real pain in the arse for new players as there way harder to kill than carnos and spawn everywere on the beaches ect. and they kill bosses pretty damn well too.
your right about the aggro i pulled them from my map coz there was just wars everywere and even killed so many things making is hard to find anything. think i gave up on them after i spent 5 weeks hunting for a spino only to find one being eating by a pack of cerats.
also as they come with babies there strong for how easy it is to imprint on the baby lol

Totally agree, was actually one of the main reasons why I wanted to make this video, it's a good subject matter, still a lot of people do not agree but It needs to be feared like the Giga or Carcha, I wouldn't even mind if they just made those 2 smaller around the same size because they have made them far too big in the game! I'm rooting for the Rex XD

I really hope they nerf some of these to not interrupt the meta too much. Like the acro is waaayyy overpowered. It needs to be the same strength as a rex. Brachio needs its stomp to be a but nerfed. And the harvesting metal should be removed. Cerato needs the running removed.
Cryo needs the isce breath and spit removed.
I agree with all of these you brought up, I love some of these features but definitely know that the way some of these abilities are right now are way too strong, I have no doubt the abilities are going to be nerfed though! I don't think there's too much to worry about with that!
@@BEYPlaysGamesI trust wildcard to notice this. And I hope they will change a few appearances. Make the deinotheruim smaller and maybe the deinosuchus. The Xipha NEEDS a face rework. But this will overall be good for the game I think.
