Basi is my favourite underwater tame btw, usually have a few chilling in my base if I am built near water. They're not quite as beneficial on this map in my opinion, large ocean so the Tuso has the speed and weight for quick hoarding and will handle everything very easy...also there's no difficult underwater caves on The Center (which is one of the best things about the Basi for the Island map) due to it being completely immune to jellyfish, eels and Tuso grapple attacks...tbh the Center is the only map where I think the Tuso is better. Basilosaurus made my Top 10 video for the Island by the way, i'd always ride the Basi and take a pack of Megalodon to clear the underwater caves! Also i'm not sure if you've tried it yet but the Baryonyx is so good for taming a Basi, great swimmer, can wield weapons while riding and can stun and easily kill the Manta following the Basi allowing for a very easy tame!

@@BEYPlaysGames haven't tried the Bary for Basi taming tbh. I will try it next time though. I never really liked the Island maps underwater area. I like the Tuso also but the prep work it takes for it to make it easy is a pain sometimes. Especially when we didn't have a lot of time to all play together except on weekends. Finding a decent one was a bit of a pain as well but we did get a 125 one time and it was a blast for the short time we had it.

Swamp cave is by far one of the best loot crates in the game for variety, sadly that crate does not spawn on the Center, the Puzzle cave from the Center is the exact same red crate that spawns in the Island's hard Snow cave though. the standard red crate from the Center's East lava cave is the exact same Red cave crates found in the lava cave and Carno island cave from The Island...the loot tables are different for each of the red crates but typically Swamp cave is the best, but still there are certain saddles that you will never find in that crate as opposed to other red crates too, depends what you are after which is why I like making these videos :D...I will probably make a full updated video on it all once all the ARK additions creatures officially release to the base game!

Immune cave won't have it mate :(....only the blue cave crate spawns in that cave, only methods are the red land beacons...and maaaybe, the red crate from East lava cave...I didn't find one in the 100 I opened in the video but i'm sure they can be found in that drop, going to test a few more now see if i'll find one

Also I miss the Swamp cave crates already :(

@@jnpl95 Wish I had good news but i've just opened up over 100 more and still never found one, red land beacons are going to be the best way for this map which really does suck :(..i'll let you know if I find one any other way!

@@BEYPlaysGames wow! Makes so much sense...I've been grinding the red cave loot crates hard the last couple days and it didn't make sense why it never dropped even a premade saddle. Guess red ringed supply drops will be the play, appreciate you testing!

No problem! :D...Only place I found them in was the Red land beacon but I am adamant and certain that they will also be found in the standard Red cave crate (East lava cave) I think I just got very unlucky and just never saw one from the 100 I opened XD

Jungle cave! Loads spawn in the main entrance to the cave right next to the beaver dam lake, i'll find the coords for you if you're unsure?

@@jmike2039 They are pretty rare but they only really spawn on Carno Island cave and the cave right next to the Volcano

@@jmike2039 No probs, yeah definitely Carno cave and the cave near Volcano, also seen them in the upper south cave but yeah they are ridiculously rare on The Island :(

Definitely should get one :D. Argy can carry a Thyla btw! Unless you're playing official PVE or a server that has flyer carry disabled. I just use the 2x4 pitfall trap to tame em!

Yep, happens a lot, it's really annoying especially for someone who doesn't know the map well, takes me ages to find my stuff sometimes and others I never found my stuff at all!

Haha no. That is not the really, I could write a whole page of problems I have had with my PC, it's been back twice for repairs already and is still broken.

Mainly the rates to be honest, I haven't exactly been that fussed about testing out the frog's melee damage when harvesting bugs but back in the day I remember hearing or reading that levelling too much melee actually made them harvest less haha, i'm not sure what is facts to be honest, would really have to test it!

@@BEYPlaysGames appreciate it, would a max level tamed frog be enough for the cave or would you recommend breading first?
