I’m being honest, I don’t subscribe to these types of channels but why hasn’t this channel blown up already, it’s very impressive that you keep consistantly uploading without too much support or results. Keep up what you’re doing because this it will pick up if you keep consistantly uploading this *very* high quality content.
Kchanny, thank you very much for your comment which means a lot to us because as you said, we don't have a lot of support at the moment. We hope to reach a wider audience soon!
I agree Its very informative and should have a lot more subs and views.
@@88Kimberly888 Thank you very much for your message we really appreciate it!
I've been bingeing the channel. Great stuff!
We can say that we’ve been here since the very beginning! Love this content, as it inspires me to do better in order to reach goals like this one!
I am an IT guy. A woman who volunteers for one of my customers kept asking me if I would look at her phones.
I go to the lobby and they point me to a private elevator that goes to the penthouse.
Her balcony alone is 2500 square feet. I have been in some nice apartments but this was on an entirely different level.
The doorways and doors were sized for giants 10 feet tall. There was a maid and butler and a private swimming pool.
She turns out to be the nicest person and she explains that she can buy anything she wants but she craves the company of ordinary people so she volunteers.
I googled her and learned she inherited 800 million dollars.
A few weeks after I invoiced her $195 dollars I received a check for $195,000.
I called her and told her it must be a mistake but she tells me I was a nice person and I should by myself something nice with it.
Does she have any more errands need doing? ahahah
Where was her place located? I love the idea of my own pool.
Let me hold something lbvvss
good fake story bro
I went from looking at tiny homes an hour ago to this....
We are glad that it could bring you on our channel and we hope that you liked the video! (oh and by the way, we have a video about tiny homes ...)
Ugh, I’m also super intrigued by the juxtaposition and tend to gravitate towards the two extremes 😭
High speed talking and high speed visions, it would be more than nice to see these apartments in slow motion...
SAME! Tiny Homes are cheap and luxury
I can't be bothered to choose. I'll take one of each.
Wow!! These are so incredible and great video footage on all of them!! Looking forward to more!!
incredible really enjoyed it
"and for 240 million it has a laundry and a powder room"...wow, ya dont fucken say? So does my 560k home.
So does my 425K home - has a nice laundry room.
HaHaHa 🤣 Your comment cracked me up mate. 😅
Hell, my $1.5k/month apartment has personal laundry facilities and I have a bathroom too. Yall overspending
and in longisland come with beach and land and tennis courts LOL
So does my 60k cabin. 😆
Great video, I like these apartments options. Maybe I'll visit you when I'm in NYC :)
My Uncle worked in the Woolworth Building in the 1960-70’s and in 1971 he took my Brother and me to the very top of the building. I remember either taking two or three different elevators to get up there and then walking up several flights of stairs, before reaching the domed shaped top. We ate donuts and looked around before he had to sneak us us down stairs. I also remember a very large swimming pool in the basement of the building too. That must be some spectacular apartment now!
I’m glad I found your stumbled across your Channel... This video was very interesting and yes, l subscribed. ♥️👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thanks for posting these incredible apartments. Admire these architectural designers and engineers, construction workers, do an amazing work. Interior designers design these beautiful apartments with their talent and artistic imagination.
I got to live in Greenwich Village from 1969-1971 in an apartment that was rent controlled from 1950 for my last 2 years of college. It was worth a million dollars to me even though it only cost (information withheld) per month. My roommates Mom had died and his father remarried and moved out but held the lease. She was an artist very famous for her work but under contract to a corporation. Someone else took the credit for her work afterwards, too!
Beautiful 1870 character. "Let's paint it white."
Giving a like just cus of the use name.. lol.... get them gains !!!!
True. The charm of all of these historic residences were white washed away.
That drives me crazy to be honest. White walls, white tile and all white kitchen cabinets. Too sterile looking, I also can't stand when they paint brick white or any other colour. Especially a historic home with beautiful natural brick. 💯
@@SURFERGRL72RAKM Agree with you on painting brick too. I have seen new brick treated with thin, oil based white wash that looks great. The brick shows through and the white gives it a slightly worn in look as well as being clean. It's not easy to do right, however. What's worse are these awful HGTV shows that go into old homes and paint these 100 year old STONE fireplaces! Either all white for that decorator modern look or all black for the hipter look. Ugh! They tear down walls, install kitchen islands, canned lights, and make it "open concept", you know, so you can see the kids. Lest they take all the character out of the home, no worries, let's put up faux wood beams on the ceiling. It's like serving people plain white bread and then giving them a Flinstone vitamin.
The 5 story penthouse at the Woolworth tower is the nicest and private place to be !
The views of NYC especially the tallest ones over looking Central Park. Has been my dream home to live since I was a child! Maybe one day if I win the lotto! Georgous views. . .
I can tell you are bad at managing money
Penthouse views are spectacular. 😍

Wow Great Tour ; each home was Fabulous 👍♥️
After taking the private elevator to the top floor, you step into your 7000 sq.ft. apartment, head upstairs to the second level corner master bedroom and realize that you left your cell phone locked in the car in the underground garage.
The maid will fetch it for you or the concierge
1. If you forget things like that often you should visit a doctor or brain surgeon.
2. If you can afford home like that you can afford thousand smartphones for each room and each house you own in every state.
So you just pull out your second phone

So, the outside of the Woolworth Pinnacle is a gothic masterpiece but the inside was redone as the Starship Enterprise. Why?
I was thinking the same thing. What a freaking waste.
That's what luxury condo buyers want apparently. All luxury condos seem to be going with the ultramodern aesthetic, which is unfortunate. Although I will admit that first building they showed looks fantastic.
oh crap I had a childhood friend that lived on Broome St. That looks very familiar. His father was an artist so he needed the loft space and he had a private elevator yeah. hmm..

I’m moving to # 2 Central Park Tower! ❤thanks! 😊. 😂😂
Incrível sensacional 👀👀🇺🇸🇧🇷♥️🇧🇷🇺🇸♥️🇧🇷🇺🇸
May LOVING FAMILIES occupy these gorgious beloved HOMES
I'm very envious of these places, but I struggle to get past how lonely a person would be in them.
Just throw parties often, even reputable community even church events and you'll be surprised how quickly that lonely person's life might change. Of course one must be prudent when meeting others.
Most expensive doesn’t necessarily mean most beautiful that’s for sure
Included in the price: “a dumb waiter” xD 2:53
How do people change the light bulbs when the lights are so high up in the ceilings for a lot of these homes?
I think Ken Griffin already bought the penthouse in the Central Park Tower. I am sure the price was peanuts to him though.
Meta Oculus New york City simulator LETS GO!!
Last 2 I worked in the window instillation with a company called Elicc they are a pain in the ass to build

ok this woolworth tower is currently 110 year old approx, i wonder how much time yet it can stand still ? doesnt the concrete has like 100 years of beign solid then it brake ?
Anyone living there would need a fleet of housekeeping helpers...
CNF Yeah you are right.
... nah, you can just get a Roomba.
4:34 This one is the best.
Not for me, I hate these places, I love my huge character solid country house where the air is beautiful and peace is plentiful sitting next to my 18th century log fire.
👍
Amen. I'm from Kentucky I agree with that!!!!
I live in CT and this simply doesn’t excite me. Just curious to see why others would live life like this. Even at these prices I believe it’s pied-a-terre for ppl who live outside the country.
@@billsmith8961 yep, and to think that many of these places has been bought with the publics money through corruption geniuses.
@@cllc9722 Plus, restaurants have gone broke, local businesses are disappearing and the theater scene is on life support.

Honestly rich or not i feel as though if you spend more than 5 million on an apartment you are wasting your money. You could have bought a luxurious mansion and land around it and watched it appreciate. I don't see apartments appreciate that much.
They’ve been appreciating in value year after year. Also it’s unlikely to be the only property for anyone purchasing.
... but think about it. Just blink and you're at Starbucks.
@@davidhunternyc1 ok so if i blink twice can i return to Italy and get away from Starbucks?
@@anyexpat No. That would require clicking your heels three times and saying, "There's no place like home."
If the cost was impressive, they should do videos telling you the HOA monthly fees on these place. Probably like $5k per month minimum.
That seems kind of low honestly. Heck, a much more modest condo in other cities can have over 1.5K a month, I'd assume this would be in the 10s of thousands, maybe even more.
You would think for $240 million it would have more exciting things to mention in this video than laundry and powder rooms. I'm soooo happy I don't live in a place that considers having your own washer and dryer a luxury.
Beautiful apts. I wonder if they come standard with a parachute? History has taught us a few lessons that should not be ignored.
Is always my first thought, i would not want to live in the highest building! fk that, if anyone is going to header a plane its the smug mofo in the 1500 ft building... NO helipad, no deal!
I think Ill rent it for 59K a month for a few months to see if I like it then deceide to buy
🤣🤣🤣Same here !
@@cameliap1146 Yeah me too.

You telling me that for $200+ million I can not have an elevator to bring my Bugatti Chiron to my apartment? No Deal!!!
Ahahahahaha nice
All look very nice, but now please knock 50% off the price of every one of them, as people leave New York in their thousands every day!!
You're right the number 9 penthouse, sold for 35 Million down from the 65 Million asking price.
These are all penthouses, they were never meant to be affordable housing lmao
@@moranii1843 I didn't say they are not 'affordable'
I said they are 50% 'overpriced'

I would buy a 5-bedroom house and maybe buy a house in each city I used to live in when I come and visit. So that's three houses. I'll save the rest

Is New York the most expensive city to live in the United States? 🤔
Need you ask? Of course!!
USA number 1, think its number 3 in the world after Monaco and Hong Kong

That’s where I’m moving
Check out these buildings at night. There is a very occasional light on. Probably fewer than one per floor. The description of the high end marble and ceiling heights are all for naught. I feel bad for the architects and designers. Most apartments are unoccupied and the occasional tenant must feel like they live in a black hole. No neighbors, no one to talk to in person that is not an employee. It’s not a life, it’s an existence. Put a divorced, unhappy wife in there and the views of Central Park and the saltwater swimming pool will mean nothing to her.
In my building, on my floor we have all known each other for years. We’re constantly in each other’s apartments and will watch their kids. Home Sweet Home.
Is this monthly rent or to paying the apartment
