I can see my tent from here.
U HAVE A TENT IN NEWYORK???!?!?!
At least you got one.👍
A view where you can see everything and nothing at the same time.
Deep, I like it!
I understand everything but why nothing?
Buy a gigapixel camera and you an spy on the whole city.

I'm pretty sure you live in a studio apartment in Brooklyn.
Mob tax smh
LOL.. decent
Wdym great views. Yeah it’s cool and all, but you’d get over it within an hour.
This is the first apartment in Manhattan at this price level that I've seen that actually seems worth the price. Exceptional space.
Damn that’s beautiful. But 50 million with no outdoor space? Ehhh
I think the same, better LA or Miami mansion...
50 million for that apartment is cheap. I think they put 50 million in the CZcams video simply to bring in offers. There's no way that apartment is 50 million. Double it.
Outdoor space that high is imposible!!
I would be scared of an outdoor space
fr may as well just buy a decent house for $1-$2 million and save the rest!
imagine the view when it's full of snow
Or when a storm is rolling in! Or for 4th of July!
The flat furniture, the white design and glass will reveal each dust particle. For my personal taste it's just to flat and modern and reminds me of a doctor's waiting room. View is awesome
I would prefer living close to the earth.
I would prefer being the earth
I would earth being in the prefer
If this building has a fire underneath, the resident is dead.
During earth quake or heavy winds, I won't be comfortable staying there.
@@macrodeveloperkim5160 you can feel the building sway that high up when it’s a windy day! No thank you lol
Amazing tour! Extraordinary penthouse...
stunning!
i really LOVE this property!
“As you can see below, that’s where the poor live”
The view! Surreal.
Gorgeous as always. 👍
Absolutely Amazing Home 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
You can watch all the businesses in Manhattan close down from this apartment. Pretty cool.
Beyond Spectacular. Bravo
Amazing Apt but to say “there is nothing like this in the city” ? Emm 88 86 85 84th..77th floor? Same view some floor plans.
88 != 87
86 != 87
85 != 87
77 != 87

That's the penthouse....
Other floors won't have a panoramic view
@@aek8541 you just showed you don’t know the building A : 87th floor is not the penthouse, the penthouse of One57 is a 2 full floor duplex, few floors up over the 87th floor. B: all those floors I pointed out have the exact panoramic views and exact floor plan.
Very beautiful this apartment is .....very nice the way you show it was good
Such a great place.
irresistibly breathtaking
AMAZING VIEWS!!!!
This apartment is amazing
Not bad... I like it!
TOP OF THE WORLD
wow ...that was amazing i think under valued at 50 million thats the best view of nyc
great views
That is a nce place. THe views are fantastic. Obviously NYC does not have so many super beautiful and sunny days but..,
I dont understand how anyone can be okay being at this height in a building and not panic.
I love being at heights. Been climbing since ive been a little kid, so living so high up would be amazing for me
Just remember that it's Jesus Christ who determines your fate. I pray before I go into any building that is more than one floor, and I'm happy to say that Jesus made sure nothing happened!

Astounding.
Spectacular...
Great tour Noble!
This is a very nice apartment.
beautiful
I wonder if the buyers will have the same disastrous experience like the residents of 432 Park Avenue? Great views! This will remind you every morning that you are literally on top of everyone else.
Beautiful house.
Amazing
Great - anywhere in the sky...
Honestly, I wouldn't exactly wanna live there for life but I would love to stay there for like a week or 2.
Well, that exactly how the people who own that kind of properties use it.
The don't live there, they spend some weeks every year on some occasions and that's it.
Keep checking Air BNB. Who knows, you may get lucky.
great video

I’m glad to see Beto O’rourke found a new career as a real estate agent.

keep it booked and in about twenty years I'll take it for sure
i love you man
50 mill? For somewhere I can even walk out on a balcony? Man that’s hella acres plus a huge home I can build with 50 mill lol ridiculous
Not everyone wants to live in the fucking middle of nowhere with acres and acres of land and a huge home to maintain.
NYC Lurker but you aint livin in a 50 million dollar pad, so enjoy the stink in your shitty 400 sq ft apartment
@@310conservativesbc9 1,200sq ft apartment in the most affluent area in Queens, with a doorman. How's your trailer park?
Fuck now when you’ve mentioned it I am imagining a freaking Balcony at that height 😟. I would not step on that piece of land ever I have vertigo and will die just out of the fear of getting blown away in air.
The person buying this place is the type of person where it’s not even going to affect them financially. They’ll have this place AND the mansion you’re talking about. This’ll be Jeff Bezos guest house.
I can’t stop thinking about Gossip Girl
Ok next month i'll buy this Apartement 😄
interesting penthouse
I will take 2!
future home
Not too shabby...
The 87th floor! That's a long way to fall when the shoddy workmanship starts to show after a time. And the HOA!!! Give me an upper east side limestone townhouse built in the 1800's any day. Cheaper too.
Well I don't think the buyer is going to be worried about the HOA fee if he/she can afford the 50 million price tag.
Extremely good point and very well taken. lol
Obviously it's not built for your type of boomer.
absolutely correct!
Old buildings bad
Definetly paying for the location because inside is basic.
Ur opinion
That’s why you need an interior designer...
Right! There is nothing special about it at all.
If you can afford this than you can afford an interior designer.
Me as a Real Estate agent: “With this view, you can see all the destruction DeBlasio caused to this city.”
Don‘t forget Bloomberg who really pushed it to attract billionaires to NYC...
I'll buy this one day
A 4,500sq.ft unit just entered contract(listing price: $22.5m). An 88-floor unit closed for $28m in May. How on earth is this $50m?!!! Come on, you're ridiculous and you know it!!!
You’re right, but according to Forbes it was originally sold for $55m, so it has had a value of over $50m
Try putting in an offer at $40mm
maybe 35million is the right price for this.
If a fire breaks out a few floors below you, you are SCREWED. If there’s a blackout in the city and the power goes out in the elevators, you are SCREWED. On the other hand, the views are gorgeous and that location is unbeatable.
You forgot insurance and generators.
Imagine just looking over at the Hudson and just see a plane land right in the middle of it
Müthiş ev, Süper manzara 👍👍👍
Real Eagles Nest ya got there!
I want it,I need it,i demand it!
Hey Noble! Are the bedrooms staged with King or Queen beds?
My God! Watching this is soo fulfilling.....not that I can afford it though.....not even in my next world....
I’ll take it!
How do you get fresh air? Does it have a balcony?
i love it.....lol
So how long does it take to get to the 86th floor?
How long before you walk past those windows without looking outside?
I could think of doing a lot more with 50 million than going there. I lived in NY my whole life, but not for much longer. It’s shot!!!!
LL BEDROOMS ..HARDLY CAN MOVE IN IT ..BUT GOOD VIEWS ..NOT SURE THE VIEW IS WORTH 50M
I would need a backyard and some grass to walk onto. $50 M sounds like a joke to 99.9% of us. Keep it!!
I mean its irrelevant how it sounds to the 99.9% of us because 99.9% of us don't have that kind of money in the first place
Id rather have a beach house
there are thousands of beach houses around the world but there is only one view of Manhattan like this.
Yes I was with you.
Great pitch Noble. Ill have 2 please.
Nice location! But take out the whole crab interior and make it new.
There's still people that could afford it amidst this pandemic
Yes, the billionaires in the u.s. have made more than one trillion dollars during the pandemic.
@@christophermyers4085 they made that money in stock. That money is not real. if they wanted to sell all those stocks, they would remain with maybe max 10 billion dollars.
@@alexgaming8834 it really is nice to see there are still some smart people left in the world like u that have the slightest understanding of how money works

there's a 2 bed flat in Govan. Glesga that kicks its baws.
This is my dream, but the altitude is a bit high in case of any earthquakes it is gonna shake massively, other than that, the great view both to central park and hodson river is amazing

One day....One day....
It is no doubt, beautiful, luxury penthouse , i am just guessing, but at least $40 million just the view..
I’d rather pay $50M (£75M) for one of Manhattans few remaining mansion houses. Old school taste and grandeur will always trump vanity projects like this. The views however are out of this world but that is all it has to offer.
Greetings from the UK.
That’s NOT a penthouse. It’s an amazing APARTMENT though.
