    Almost one month before I injured my ankle while playing cricket very badly huge swelling on both side of the feet,from that time i seen almost hundred vedios,this one is the most helpful thanks sir and keep doing great work🙏🙏

    Very informative video. Thankyou once again. Can this adhesion removal technique be used to recover from ankle stiffness after an ankle fracture which is a few years old? Because the stiffness is still present which is painful at times and very irritating and frustrating for the past so many years.

      @@Sukoonphysicaltherapy I injured my rotator cuff in my throwing arm about 23 years ago playing baseball, & never had proper therapy to treat it. The pain comes and goes and Ive accommodated my neck/chest exercises accordingly over the years, but after all the at home treatments Ive tried in the past I decided to now try red/NIR light treatment at home. I bought one and used it today for the 1st time and found about 60-70% relief. It may be temporary, or I may be able to build on that healing. My question is: In an IDEAL world, is there a point of TOO many treatments per week? If it were up to me I would/could do 1-20min treatment per day, but is this better than a different timetable? Less..more...? Thanks!

    I had an sprain in ankle in May 2018. As per the orthopaedic advice I took rest and my pain went away almost 85-90%. And I resumed normal activities. But there was still pain in specific postures like sitting cross legged or heavy weight squats. The pain is subsiding over time but still not fully. I felt lot if pain when I went for a trek recently. Some doctors have said I can never recover fully as my ligaments are set in wrong direction due to incomplete rest of fresh injury. Please tell me what to do. Do you think the exercises in above video will help? Thank you in advance.

    Thank you. I sprained my ankle 7 days ago while walking . Today is my 8th day. Swelling has reduced but still there around my ankle and pain around my ankle bone. I had been to an orthopaedic and he took an xray and confirmed no fractures and showed me how to wrap crepe bandage. Can I do the exercises that you showed and also where do we get the two products that showed if available online pls share the link.

    Sir I had ankle injury 3 years ago, it was so painful that I was unable to walk, I took medication and rest for few days. But after that I started running again , it was painful still I used to run for almost 10 months .. Then I took rest for months and from that time I run hardly 4-5 times in a month but still I feel pain. I am worried about it that if I started regular practice it will become worst. Please suggest me what to do in such a situation

    Excellent video. I have a problem .I had met an accident September 2019 I broke my femur bone and was operated. I also have knee degeneration issue) doctor suggested knee replacement) for which I follow ur videos and am much better as pain had reduced remarkably . Thanks. Now my problem is my operated leg heel does not touch the ground. Hence I limp while walking. Kindly guide me with which exercise I should do so that my heel touches the ground. I will remain ever grateful.
