    I had a Colles fracture 4 months back now my internal rotation movement is the worst affected. I have no pain in the shoulder in resting position. I tried your internal rotation exercise but it's painful. Please let me know whether I should be doing it or not?

    Thank you doctor for your advice and very useful exercises tips for shoulder frozen problem. Doctor I am suffering from cervical spondylosis from past 9 years but it is under control with the help of regular exercise and massages, I have not gone for surgery for this problem. In recent past I have shoulder frozen problem I don't know the stage, but during day time I don't feel much pain for movement but during night I am getting pain and not able to sleep lot of discomfort and pain. All these days I was not using pillow while sleeping as adviced by doctors due to cervical spondylosis. I want to know should I use pillow in this condition and if it is yes, how to choose the right pillow. I have seen your video on choosing right pillow. Please advice

    My name is amit I am from lucknow In November I have gone through the bankart repair surgery of my right shoulder from SIC DELHI.
    but due to some time issue i was not able to follow the rehabilitation program as advised
    Now issue is when I move my right hand shoulder in side in 90 degree my shoulder ball rises upside.
    So kindly suggest some exercise to overcome this issue as due to corona it is not possible to go for physiotherapy.

    Thank you for detail explanations. How do i know which stage I am in? I have tendon tear in supraspinatus, impingement and frozen shoulder according to ultrasound. I was not able to raise hand at all, but in this navratri I did garba dance for 3-4 hours and now i am able to rise my hand, pain is reduced by 40% but nights are still nightmare and pain is like stabbing. If I do exercise will it damage my tear?

    In a swimming pool - people can try to do a HANDSTAND ...because, you can't lift your arm up, but you can use it going down. After 2 days, complete healing & motion.

    Thanks for sharing! But how many times should we do these exercises per day to regain mobility quickly? Also, I can't do the exercise to lift my hand behind my back. Is it necessary to inject corticosteroids to remedy this? Do you have other exercises to regain external rotation, please ?

    @Sukoon physical therapy Thank you for your consideration Sir. Is there anything I should avoid in gym. Actually I do exercise daily in gym. Lekin jab see ye incident hua hai tab see Maine heavy weight nahi uthaya hai.. aur kuch avoid krna ho to Bata dijiye sir like any avoidable food. Any medicine or special diet for proper healing.?? Aur iske liye kisi physiotherapy specialist ki zarurat to nahi hai na???

    Good evening Doctor, I have shoulder pain especially during night, day I doesn't feel much. I have visited an Ortho doctor. He took X-ray simultaneously MRI for shoulder and diagnosed as Shoulder impingement. He prescribed me to take ORCOX-90 mg tablets to take for a week. but my pain did not reduce. then he prescribe to go for physical therapy. I too around 20 sessions. But still I am getting pain during night. Now a days during day also I am feeling pain during day as well. The Ortho doctor advising me to take cortisone injection. I am afraid of injection as I understand there are some side effects. I saw your videos, if I follow the steps and exercises can i get rid of pain? please sujjest

    Dr.Varun wasil Ji,I am having severe pain and stiffness and my shoulder is also very weak,when iam playing cricket my pain increases,when I bowl especially,not able to bowl consistently and not able throw the ball or even not able lift the bat for playing a shot,I am 37 years old, right hand,left hand shoulders,arms biceps,more pain in the biceps of both hands,can I ever bowl or play cricket? pls reply.

    Dr. I'm a 50 yr old woman. From past 6- 7 years I'm unable to sit on floor cross legged as I had fallen on a slippery road on by left hip. No injury is there as all tests are done. Please Sir I feel unfit. I want to freely n comfortably enjoy sitting on floor cross legged. Plz reply.
