Been riding for 21 years. Not many people know how difficult a course like this is to navigate.

I wish they had a cam showing the rider manuvering.
This POV cam clearly shows his visual tracking: always looking where he wants to go. Especially in those 360s. Perfect!
Turn your head in sharp corners or circles and your bike will follow! Use your eyes and alway keep your momentum.
landypaule I recently took an MSF course, and I was blown away by how true your statement is. Just look, and the bike will follow.
And this guy is scary good. I remember doing my 18 ft figure 8s and thinking that was tough, haha.

Damn, I wished there was a 3rd person camera showing his body position. Crazy skills! If he can do this with a 700lbs+ bike, imagine what he can do with a 400lbs bike!
Check out Quinn's 1st run from the radio box POV You'll see him catting up high on the seat and laying it down low.
Watch the "run 1" video. He throws his body all over the bike. And it's no light weight machine, a new K1200RT BMW polish de bike with all tne gear and full weight, over 870 lbs worth. This cop must practice on his time off. Impress skills indeeed. And he's over 39 yrs old.

These are r1200rt-p a little over 600lbs. They are incredibly maneuverable and feel light once moving. Once you are fine muscling the bars, it feel like a 500 ninja.

What police officers from other countries took part in this competition??
I ride a very similar bike, a 2015 R1200GS, and it's insane how such a behemoth of a bike is this agile in close quarters. I've taken an MSF instructor course (for fun, you could say), and the GS has no problem doing the boxed u-turns as tight, if not tighter, than smaller frame bikes.

I know some EXPERIENCED guys who have been riding motorcycles their ENTIRE LIVES who WOULDN'T MAKE IT through a course like this without some hands on TRAINING. It's a lot HARDER than people think!!

Some people say Indian 2 vehicle licence tests are below standards compared to other countries, but it's true.
Another thing btw is once you have mastered riding on Indian streets so the standard trial test from any other country is a walk in the park, literally.

These guys know what they're doing. I worked at a BMW shop and had a county deputy come in one day and bet the owner he could ride in through the front doors, make a U-turn around a post in the showroom floor just 10 feet inside the door, then ride back out the door without putting a foot down. We had trouble maneuvering the big bikes around that post with the engines not running. The owner bit on the bet and the cop did exactly what he said he would do. A BMW has a good lean angle, so it was able to make that turn with no trouble. The boss lost about $100 that day.
