  • Cold start to the day, and ended up at Osceola Shelter, the oldest and one of the few shelters on the Florida trail

Another good video. Have you considered that when you finish the FT , you could just keep going north? The toll booth in Blazing Saddles was where Slim Pickins had a great line. Good Luck, Rick

Probably going to thin out those marked trees. Up here they use the blue paint for marking boundary of the cut and orange paint for those to be cut. Great job with the video, thanks for sharing!

the overgrown parts brought back memories of some trails I hiked in Montana when I was younger. I use to double check those a few times as it was hard to believe that some of them were actual "marked" trails, but they were.

I Goggled the blue paint. It may be a “linear hike from Ocean Pond to Turkey Run. It’s part of the Great Florida Birding Trail. ?????

Yeah usually when you see marked trees it means their cutting those down. Having a hard time hearing you sometimes especially the intros. Have my cell volume full blast and can’t hear most of it. You can always turn the volume up on any clip when you edit. I thought this day was pretty overall. Loved those tall trees! What mm are you at? Lol nuts & butts!

You may be just ahead of Undertow who just rejoined the trail right where you are. If you see him say Hi.
